“We had the best experience with Mattress Direct in North Myrtle Beach. Louise was very pleasant and helpful. She was very accommodating, considering that we called her on Saturday 12/17 with an urgent need for a mattress before Christmas on account of another "not so friendly" NMB mattress company canceling our mattress delivery at the 11th hour.
Louise took our order over the phone on Saturday afternoon for a Monday 12/19 delivery. The gentleman who delivered the mattress was very courteous and professional.

J&K customer service immediately sent out a person to look at it. After determining that some of the leather needed replacement, they took care of it.

“My representative was thorough and presented options that might work. We settled on a few pieces and I’m very happy with them. Upon delivery, some anchoring screws weren’t enclosed. The boys came right back an hour later and completed setting up the fire pit table. Extremely polite and professional people and service.”
