“They moved from down the street by cookout. I had a connection issue with my phone - it would make or receive calls but had internet data connections. No one could figure it out. Not the online chat, not the insurance and not the customer service agents over the phone (used a separate phone to call) But Asa did! Even when working with other customers, he came and kept checking on me as my phone reset and updated. He even figured out that it needed a new eSIM which isn’t common at all! Amazing! The other workers were so nice and checked on me as well. I will definitely be back. Great job everyone!”
