My wife abd I were on RT 85 heading towards Raleigh NC for the weekend. a warning light came on so we headed to the closest VW dealership and the treatment we recived was outstanding. We were told that they was very busy, but they would get to us in a few hours. I explained we were heading to Raleigh for the weekend and some way they moved things around and got us in. We can not say enough great things about this dealership. The service manager and advisor were outstanding in taking care of our vehicle. “I had a great experience working with Tony. He had the wheel I was looking for, but before I committed, he sent me a photo and was completely upfront about the condition. He even offered to refurbish parts of it to improve its overall appearance. Ultimately, we both felt I could probably find one in better shape if I looked around a bit. As I was thanking him for his time and about to hang up, he was already one step ahead and pointed me to another source for what I needed. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. While it took very little of his time to do so, he had the selflessness to pause and make sure I had somewhere else to look.
