“Recommended by the AAA driver who towed our Volvo after breaking down on vacation, Pawleys Auto Center was awesome. We were forced to leave the car behind at which point Patrick, the owner (and pretty much his own customer service rep), went out of his way to diagnose and repair our car, regularly keeping me posted from 160 miles away. Once the (complicated) repairs were completed, Patrick worked with me to coordinate a convenient pick up and - believe it or not - has checked with me several times since we returned home to be sure the car was still performing as it should. All this at a price a fair amount less than I was expecting to pay. Unbelievable but true. I wish I could give 6 stars. Thank you, Patrick.”
“There is a reason the lot is always full at Carlo's Complete Car Care ~ they ARE that good! The service, communication and fair pricing are top-notch. In the last 18 months, my car has had occasion to be in their care four times (timing belt, front & rear brakes, sun roof drain clogged and most recently two warning lights) ~ the level of service is unsurpassed by Carlo, Zach and the team of uber-skilled mechanics. There is no reason to go elsewhere for whatever car care needs arise ~ Carlo's CCC does it all and does it well!”

“A BIG Shout our to Tidelands Ford in Pawley's Island.My husband and I witness the Service Advisor Jim Lohr Jr, handle anirrational customer with professionalism and gave the customer manyoptions to consider to get her oil change completed. She became very verbally abusive towards Mr. Lohr, but he respondedbetter than most under that kind of situation. Her poor husband was embarrassed and we could tell he was uncomfortable with the situation but had no control of his wife'sverbal "displeasure" and that this was not the first time she tried to intimidate others.Tidelands Ford has a keeper in Jim Lohr. He kept his head while beingattacked. He did not allow her to be put in front of other customers that were already waiting in the waiting room in front of her.Well done Sir!”
