“I can't say enough good things about Patrick and his team at Pawley's Auto Center. On our last night of vacation recently, the water pump on my 2017 Ford Expedition with the twin turbo Ecoboost engine failed. Being it was a Saturday night, and we had to check out of the condo on Sunday we were in a tough position. Fortunately Walmart delivered 3 gallons of Prestone to the condo at 8AM on Sunday. The Best Western was full Saturday night , however they said that they would have rooms available Sunday afternoon. So I filled the overflow tank with antifreeze and drove the 1 -1/2 miles to the BW. They allowed my wife and I , and 4 teens to use the Meeting Room, and pool while waiting for rooms. I did a Google search and found Pawley's Auto Center. I called 7:30 Monday morning and Patrick said " make sure it has coolant and bring it in, and we will look at it". I did the 3 minute drive up 17, and they had me bring it right in the bay!!! As I thought the water pump failed. Patrick shuttled me back to the BW, ordered the parts, had the repair done by 3:30, did a test drive, let the engine cool down, and did a second pressure test to ensure that there weren't any leaks.!!
We got back on the road by 5pm and drove 200 miles back to Charlotte, without concerns that the work wasn't done properly.
Know that if you have service done by Patrick and his team, it will be done correctly at a very fair price!!”

“I've been in Florida for 3 years and I always went There when it was called Mason tire. I went today for the first time since it was Black's tire. Everything went good today so we will see how it goes. I have to go back tomorrow and have new tires. So far the guys have been very pleasant and very understanding”

“A BIG Shout our to Tidelands Ford in Pawley's Island.My husband and I witness the Service Advisor Jim Lohr Jr, handle anirrational customer with professionalism and gave the customer manyoptions to consider to get her oil change completed. She became very verbally abusive towards Mr. Lohr, but he respondedbetter than most under that kind of situation. Her poor husband was embarrassed and we could tell he was uncomfortable with the situation but had no control of his wife'sverbal "displeasure" and that this was not the first time she tried to intimidate others.Tidelands Ford has a keeper in Jim Lohr. He kept his head while beingattacked. He did not allow her to be put in front of other customers that were already waiting in the waiting room in front of her.Well done Sir!”
