“Patrick recommend CataClean a catalytic converter cleaner after I received a diagnosis from a Ford Dealer that I needed both converters and oxygen sensors replaced on my Ford truck. He stated that he had good luck using on several BMW’s. We’ll, I’m posting today to tell y’all that it worked. After clearing the codes with a borrowed OBD2 tool the check the check engine was gone when I next started the truck. My husband and I witness the Service Advisor Jim Lohr Jr, handle an irrational customer with professionalism and gave the customer many options to consider to get her oil change completed. She became very verbally abusive towards Mr. Lohr, but he responded better than most under that kind of situation. Her poor husband was embarrassed and we could tell he was uncomfortable with the situation but had no control of his wife's verbal "displeasure" and that this was not the first time she tried to intimidate others. Tidelands Ford has a keeper in Jim Lohr. He kept his head while being attacked. He did not allow her to be put in front of other customers that were already waiting in the waiting room in front of her. Well done Sir!”
