I was there and a lady came in who was sent there from an insurance company for an impossible phone repair and even though she was rude and didn't even know why she was there or which company sent her, Mike kindly told her where to go and what she would end up having to do. We We went to Mauldin Tmobile 12/9/ 2025 was the exact same thing no acknowledged us when we walk in the store We sat for about 30 mins Some ladies came in they acknowledged them and said they would be with them so we got up and left and drove to Augusta street Tmobile amazing customer service soon as we walked in we were welcomed in the store Everyone spoke and went above and beyond to find what we needed. “All the staff is remarkably helpful. I had an issue with a purchase i made. So I brought it back to see what could be done. I asked the open end statement... what does my warranty cover? The young man said first tell me what happened? I was like that's not what I asked. He said I got you either way on this. I explained and he corrected the issue. All the staff is pretty funny and clever. Don't loose this crew, their amazing. I don't have a lot of personal time to get things done and the store knows this. They got me in and out in record time.”
