“Jennie and Jonas were so unbelievably helpful!!! My dad passed way back in January and my mom had to get the account switched into her name. Jennie and Jonas helped us through this entire process and they were amazing! These two are definitely a great asset to your company. I wish all customer service peeps were as helpful as them.”
