My review was somewhat negative because the seat seemed to be breaking down within the first year. I had emailed Snoozer about my disappointment. Within that week I heard from customer service representative Erika and by the end of the that week she had assured me a new foam seat was on the way. In hindsight, I should have waited. Erika emailed me daily to let me know that my replacement order was placed and it was covered by my warranty. I'm very impressed with their customer service representative Erika and I'm confident my new replacement seat will be here soon. My rating went back to five stars. My dog has never been happier to go for a ride in the car.

Drop off and pick up is always fun because our pup is happy and energetic when she is at Willow Haven. We are glad to have found Heather- she is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding canines.
