Ken's 24 Hour Tire Service provides reliable and fast emergency tire assistance, especially for travelers on Interstate 95. They are known for their quick response, often arriving to help within 10 to 30 minutes, and completing repairs or replacements efficiently, sometimes in 20 minutes to an hour. The service is available at all hours, including evenings and overnight. The staff, including a very kind manager and courteous, professional, and honest technicians, consistently receives high praise. They are described as nice, awesome, and going above and beyond. They offer fair prices and honest advice, never pressuring customers into unnecessary purchases, such as recommending simple valve stem replacements instead of new tires when appropriate. They assist with cars, RVs, campers, and trailers, providing new or better tires and even servicing spare tires. In exceptional circumstances, they have been known to provide extraordinary customer care, such as allowing a stranded traveler to stay overnight in their lounge and bringing them breakfast. The overall experience is highly recommended, with customers emphasizing they felt kept safe and were helped back on the road quickly with minimal travel time lost.
A wheel bearing failed on our camper ultimately destroying the axle. These folks went over and above, finding a replacement and having us back on the road within a few hours. They offer the kind of customer service us older people truly miss. Thank you!

Excellent, quick service while I was travelling through with my family and our travel trailer after picking up a nail. Also, I had painted wheels so I asked the man to be careful not to scratch where the lug nuts were. He used a plastic tip socket to protect it. I really appreciated the care they took.
