“Nice employees, clean, can take awhile. But that just depends on who's in front of you.Not the best looking Wells Fargo I've been in. Could use an "overhaul", and remember that it's 2015. I'm sure the staff would appreciate an update on computers also. Some of those things were ancient.But very clean, very nice, very helpful, very knowledgable (unless they are new, and that's ok. We all need to start somewhere! Right?), polite...Dangy, 80's decor, dull, old computer equipment, uncomfortable chairs, VERY crowded where the bankers help people. Sitting down was like sliding into a telephone booth already being occupied.Keep the staff. They rock!!!But change EVERYTHING ELSE. The wall came down 25 years ago.”

“Recently rented a condo for a week in Florida. Had a great time. On the last day we realized we forgot our checkbook and homeowner we rented from didn't have a card reader. My withdrawal needed exceeded max daily amount and in attempting I locked my account. Now I had no money and no way to get any later. Called Pat and she worked over two hours with two phones, one to me and one to card services to finally get everything fixed. Unbelievable feeling knowing you are not alone, even when you're stranded a long ways from home. Give Pat a raise or a big pat on the back from me.”

“My wife and I have been with founders over a decade. We recently had an issue with a Publix rejecting her founders debit card. The cashier told her there was an issue with founders computer. So my wife used her credit card . The next day the bank account showed the debit transaction and her credit card was also charged. Three trips to founders later they are still investigating what happened. The bank person said it happened to several people around the same time at the same Publix.”

“This is probably the nicest Bank of America I've ever been to (not that I've been to many). It was extremely modern inside. We came to get something notarized, but unfortunately weren't able to. They told us we would need a notary that could do it as an attachment, which they couldn't. Luckily UPS was right across the parking lot and was able to do it for us (but we had to pay there). We had an appointment, but it was still very slow. We were there for at least 15 minutes just to be told they couldn't do anything. Pro-tip: you can use their services even if you only have a credit card with them.”

“Not very noticeable off of Dave Lyle Boulevard but just follow your Google Map and it'll take you right there. Once you turn on the side street you'll see the bank sitting on your right ample parking for all. Wheelchair accessible and friendly, knowledgeable people to help you in any banking needs you have. Approach counter and was greeted with a friendly hello from the Bank representative. Very helpful knowledgeable as transaction was made very quickly. I would suggest this Branch for anybody that had banking needs either new or existing.”
