“Recently rented a condo for a week in Florida. Had a great time. On the last day we realized we forgot our checkbook and homeowner we rented from didn't have a card reader. My withdrawal needed exceeded max daily amount and in attempting I locked my account. Now I had no money and no way to get any later. Called Pat and she worked over two hours with two phones, one to me and one to card services to finally get everything fixed. Unbelievable feeling knowing you are not alone, even when you're stranded a long ways from home. Give Pat a raise or a big pat on the back from me.”

“Nice employees, clean, can take awhile. But that just depends on who's in front of you.Not the best looking Wells Fargo I've been in. Could use an "overhaul", and remember that it's 2015. I'm sure the staff would appreciate an update on computers also. Some of those things were ancient.But very clean, very nice, very helpful, very knowledgable (unless they are new, and that's ok. We all need to start somewhere! Right?), polite...Dangy, 80's decor, dull, old computer equipment, uncomfortable chairs, VERY crowded where the bankers help people. Sitting down was like sliding into a telephone booth already being occupied.Keep the staff. They rock!!!But change EVERYTHING ELSE. The wall came down 25 years ago.”

“I had a telephone consult with Shamika, the financial manager at the location. The only bank location since Covid that has picked up the phone (rather than asking to make an appointment and following it up that the first appointment is 2 weeks away - typical bank of america answer) and gave me great information on the locker, titling of the locker, and ensuring that the locker was in included in our financial plan for our successors to enjoy after us. She was courteous, helpful, stayed on the phone through all my questions, and was patient with me through this long encounter. I wish the empathy, knowledge, service oriented personality/skill that was demonstrated by Shamika is practiced by others at the Bank of America. I will keep my account at this bank for just one reason - and that would be Shamika. Thank you Shamika for being a great asset to the bank.”
