“My Girlfriend, my mother and I came to Belk to just shop around and Ms. Teresa came to assist us when we were looking at cologne, which my GF got me for my birthday. She was very personable and helpful. She made sure I got to choose the bag that came with my cologne purchase and threw in some extra samples for myself and my girlfriend. Some people take things like this for granted, however…..with me having a background in customer service and knowing how scarce pleasant Customer Service is….i had no choice but to acknowledge her excellence and hope that she get some type of accolade for this. ?????”

“Women's restrooms were totally awful. Every stall had the toilet dirty in each one two wasn't flushed or wouldn't flush, toilet paper from bathroom entrance down to the last stall and back to the door...A little improvement since last visit there
UPDATE: 6/26/25 - Restrooms were much better actually the whole store was in much better shape and as always Walmart had what I needed”

“TJ Maxx is the best with a wide variety of cool items. I LOVE their unique jewelry. I always find the coolest pieces that people always complement me on and they can't believe I bought it at TJ Maxx. The girl at the jewelry counter was extremely helpful and patient with me since I was pulling jewelry from several different cases.
