They wanted to review my order with me to be sure it's what I wanted and needed. While I was on the line with Sales, the Tech Department called to talk about some programming parameters.

“The team here is GREAT. I had just been ignored at a nearby store after telling the employee I needed two new Samsung S26 Ultras along with chargers, cases, screen protectors, etc ($3500+), all so that employee could spend almost 30 minutes on the phone with someone that didn't pay their bill.
From the minute I walked in here the employees and manager - Cameron, Dina, and JR - were attentive and helpful despite there already being multiple customers in the store. They were able to assist my wife and I in a respectful and timely manner while still seeing to the needs of other customers.
Not only were they able to make sure I got what I came for, Cameron showed remarkable salesmanship and talked me into purchasing a new line with a Galaxy 9 watch for my wife. She is very happy with the product and I was happy with the knowledge, professionalism, and cheerfulness of the team.
The only complaint that I have about this process has NOTHING to do with the team members and EVERYTHING to do with the T-Life App. This app is absolute garbage. I knew that T-Mobile was phasing out in-store computers and tablets in favor of pushing the T-Life App, but this thing has been nothing but a problem. I tried 3 times to make the purchase with the app, Cameron tried 3 times, Dina tried 3 times, but no matter what we did it would delete EVERYTHING we had done as soon as we went to finalize the purchase.
This should be a wakeup call for T-Mobile. You've managed to put a wonderful team together, now you just need to give them better, more reliable, tools to ensure they are able to help your customers.

“The lady working at the Cherry Road 7-Eleven store tonight is the best! I don’t know her name (her hair is red) but she is so pleasant, helpful, and sweet.
Every time I see her at the store, she is always working so hard, mopping, general cleaning, fulfilling orders, and running the register. I hope this feedback at least gets her praise for possessing the customer service skill set that make customers happy to continue patronizing a business.
Being a manager myself for many years in a hospital setting, I could have only dreamt to have had her on my team. When she is working, it is quite refreshing, especially opposed to other people who will have their earbuds in, talking to whomever it is on the other side of their call during the checkout process.”
