The process of rental and return is fine - it was the negativity notices - what you will be punished for - reads funky - I know but the vibe in that place was negative and unfriendly

They were so helpful! I needed a car on just a few days notice and they were able to get me into a nice vehicle. The process was easy and they were flexible with when I needed to change a day or time.
