The team at U-Haul in Newport is amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Ishmeal, in particular, has provided amazing support multiple times (including helping me carry packing material to my truck when he saw me struggling). Thank you for having such great members of your team.

The staff here is excellent! They really helped make our move a lot less stressful and smooth. Went out of their way to help and make sure we had what we needed when we needed it! You can tell they actually care about what they do and the customer. A refreshing change from some other places for sure!
