U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer offers truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, and pick-up trucks for local or one-way moves. Customers can also access moving supplies, shipping boxes, and U-Box containers through online reservations. Reviews highlight friendly staff, with one location praised for their kind and positive service, making pickup easy and efficient. The trucks are described as clean, well-maintained, and comfortable to drive, with some noting the best rental experience they've had. Staff are friendly and accommodating, often asking how they can improve. The rental process is quick and easy, especially with app reservations, and the location maintains a welcoming atmosphere, including free Bibles for customers.
The location and the owners were friendly though you should be patient with waiting. The only complaint I have is the products online don't have the best descriptions when compared to those onsite.

Nice couple running the shop, very easy to confirm pickup and get moving. No shady behaviors or practices that I have gone through with other U-Haul locations in the past. Thanks
