“I shop at this store frequently because its convenient and the workers are friendly and helpful. However, the day I visited the store the roof was leaking in several places causing the staff to block off entire aisles and set out buckets to catch water. Hopefully they'll get the roof repaired soon.”
“I was able to get my washer pods for less money than Walmart and also get a few kitchen items i needed, which saved time from going to grocery store. Love Dollar General.”
“Fairly clean store. Parking is a bit of a hassle but they do have handicap parking. They don’t have clean restrooms. Shelves are usually decently stocked. Some merchandise on the floor but nothing crazy. Easy to walk and navigate around with a shopping cart. Fast checkouts and also self checkouts.”
“I had no clue Dollar General sold fresh produce! Something I love about the south, they sell in convenience stores. Although they were sold out of what I needed, sympathy cards, they had some of my favorites. I just had to grab my Munchos.”
“I’m here basically every day. I can only remember 2 times the line got a bit out of control but it was Saturday evening and they were training a new girl. Everyone here is a sweetheart (they’re all girls I’ve seen) and they’re quick. Operates in a fairly high trust way, they’re always busy, so you have to ring the bell. Nothing is chained up or locked. They treat their customers like shoppers, not criminals, unlike the one on Cannon Bridge in Cordova, where a girl literally told me I couldn’t bring my purse in. My purse is like, 8” x 8” - Jack from Nightmare Before Christmas. It literally fits my wallet, keys, a little makeup, my phone and a water bottle. Apparently they have problems with stealing out there, but I do not like being treated like a thief, that’s their problem, not mine. But my Dollar General is great, they don’t do that. It’s clean, it doesn’t look like an EF-5 tornado went thru there like the one off exit 145 on 601. Every time I’ve been there. I recommend it, but don’t want anyone out here, it’s Sweetwater’s little secret and I’m sure there’s one closer to you. This one is ours. We don’t want riff raff and crime out here. Thank you.”
