“This store is generally neat, clean and organized. Most of the staff is friendly. But some of the older ladies seem a bit unprofessional with their bickering and gossiping. Management should have a talk with them about this. Customers shouldn't have to hear their complaints of the store or their personal life. We all have our own issues we're dealing with. We don't want to hear yours too every time we see you while you're on the clock. Customers deserve a positive shopping experience. Would recommend training more like Chick fil a. I'm sure a lot of their employees don't have perfect lives....but we will never know....”
“Love love love this store, I know about once a week everything I want and more always clean, there's an exception one employee heavyset red-haired older lady she's been nasty to me this makes twice now, no adult shopping should feel uncomfortable from a customer that's paying her wages”

“Typical of many Dollar General stores, the isles are tight and there is overstock/new items on racks throughout the store making navigation difficult. However, the selection is great and many of my favorite things for everyday living can be found in one store.”
“After a long time of searching for a well-run store, I was impressed with the Dollar General on Edmund Highway in Pelion, South Carolina. The store's cleanliness and organization made shopping easy, even with my health issues. Ja'KaRas Jones and manager Donshae Samuel were fantastic. Ja'KaRas went above and beyond to help me, and Donshae was great with my HSA card issues. Their customer service skills are top-notch! I usually get my wind chimes and cute outdoor decorations and candles, but they've really worked hard on getting things in order and organized. Everyone is always helpful and has a nice attitude. “Hey imma tell you I ain’t left a review in a while. I actually had low expectations walking in this particular store. As a career white collar manager there were what I assume as operational challenges previously. But my visit tonight was really good. Even with a long line. The cashier moved us fast with a great attitude. She’s delightful and has manners. The other associate was also very helpful and had a friendly tone/energy. Keep these ladies and increase you labor budget they deserve it. Where I used to come by at 3/4/5 pm and it be closed it was open and good vibes. ????. Good job territory leader for the operational turn around. Keep it up.”

As a wrestling coach in DoorDash delivery driver I take my job very seriously and I must commend those who take their job seriously as well! I had to honor a meeting Mrs. Allison that works at this Dollar General tonight! She was very kind she was very accommodating. The item that my customer wanted was not available so she showed me the headphones that were available. We had a great positive conversation, and I just love her heart, her kindness, her positivity and her professionalism so I would like to give this Dollar General five stars and thank Miss Allison for a great conversation and helping me out while I was also working!
