“This store is generally neat, clean and organized. Most of the staff is friendly. But some of the older ladies seem a bit unprofessional with their bickering and gossiping. Management should have a talk with them about this. Customers shouldn't have to hear their complaints of the store or their personal life. We all have our own issues we're dealing with. We don't want to hear yours too every time we see you while you're on the clock. Customers deserve a positive shopping experience. Would recommend training more like Chick fil a. I'm sure a lot of their employees don't have perfect lives....but we will never know....”

“Family Dollar is usually very clean, staff is friendly. The store is mostly well stocked. The only problems I have ever encountered is their air conditioning went out several times in the summer. But that was upper management’s fault and employees suffered and worked through it. They are by far superior to Dollar General. They have most of the same stuff with comparable prices in a much better environment.”

“I have to say it is much nicer and more organized than the other , no waiting in lines is nice and the manager has been really nice every time I go. honestly I think this has been the best Store experience in town I’ve seen . I’d rather go here than the other one . They are still in the middle of stocking the new store so give them a break if they don’t have everything just yet , but so far it’s been a nice experience.”

“So many things I need for cleaning at prices that are lower than wallyworld. Even the grocery section is impressive-really. Name brand items in the cooler. Who would EVER thought dollar store would be on the heels of Walmart for item selection! Impressive! Hopefully the prices stay low!!”

“I just want to say that the dollar store at this address needs to give their employees a big raise! The air conditioning does not work! It's about one hundred degrees in the store! I've been there twice in the last two days. There is a young black gentleman that is the ultimate professional! You are lucky to have him as an employee! Please show your appreciation for him! Nobody needs to work in those conditions!”

“Best DG around, I have and do shop at several different locations. Staff are a real pleasure to interact with. Most of the staff are pretty young yet they have manners, stay busy working around the store (do NOT stand around outside smoking cigarettes)and take pride in the job they do !The store is not fully stocked due storages, but that is everywhere.”

“Typical of many Dollar General stores, the isles are tight and there is overstock/new items on racks throughout the store making navigation difficult. However, the selection is great and many of my favorite things for everyday living can be found in one store.”
