“Today I stopped in to test drive a used vehicle I found online, with the intent to compe to another make/model but not planning to purchase. Madeline was happy to help, she was in and out of the rain several times to check things and answer my questions. I ended up choosing another vehicle on the lot, slightly more expensive, but Madeline didn't push the sale at all, letting me take my time and compare the two. She was very patient waiting on me to text back and forth with my spouse who was at work. I never felt rushed or like she was trying to make a ridiculous profit at my expense, and she helped me get a fair value for my trade too. To top it all off, she even brought the paperwork by our house in the evening once my spouse got home from work so he could sign without making a special trip to Anderson. I love my new vehicle, but I can't say enough about how pleasant to work with Madeline was. “I had a light bulb come on a lot of signal saying that was burned out and they said it wasn't and then I told him yeah it was something was wrong because it was flashing and said I went back and checked it and I did find the shortage and fix that so I was pretty pleased with that and if I had had a shortage in my car before so I'm hoping that corrected the whole problem because I've had this car 2 years and it's kind of had a shortage in it ever since I had it but nobody seemed to think they can find it but it seems a little better now since I changed that light out so I guess I'm happy with it for now”

“We recently received a Brochure from Anderson Ford regarding their servicing options for our Lincoln. We took them up on the service offer of picking up our car at our home and returning it again after the service was completed.
It is a wonderful service, our car was picked up at the time arranged with the service department and returned after it was completed, and in addition our car was cleaned and carpets vacuumed.
Throughout the process we were kept informed and were consulted regarding work that was imminent to allow us to decide if we wanted to do it while the car was in the shop.
Every person we dealt with in the process was professional and friendly and we would thoroughly recommend this service.”

“Amazing, great quality service. They are fast and efficient with documentation. Luckily we were nearby Tire Pros. They had our tire in stock and getting the tire on our truck was easily installed. They even placed the hub cap back on. We are not from this state, but they treated us with respect. Definitely come to this establishment if you have any issues with your tire(s).”

“Called and spoke to Billy this morning and explained to him that I was driving my wife’s new Jeep Grand Cherokee today only and I wanted to tint her windows for her early birthday present. I told him I wanted ceramic tint all the way around. He had another big tint job he had to go to but told me to bring it on in and he would wait on me and knock it out today. All other tint shops were either booked for today, a few weeks out, or were really expensive for ceramic. Billy’s price was very very reasonable. They are very friendly and family oriented, I will definitely be going back to them from now on.”
