“I lived at standpoint for 6.5 years- I worked three jobs, raised my daughter, put myself through college and am ever so thankful for the staffing- Kathy and then Marsha- I was their favorite tenant- I helped save two buildings full of sleeping parents and littles bc the straw was on fire in the middle of the night- this was a stepping stone in my life. It’s gotten me so far and 20 years later my life is all I ever prayed for and guess what? I did that with a little assistance!!! Thank you”

“We have been living in the apartments for over 10 years, and even though we have had different managers and maintenance, I have to say the current manager Cristal and current maintenance guy Steve are by farthest the best team we ever had!!. If we ever need some repairs done, Steve is always more than happy to help us out, he goes above and beyond ❤️ we appreciate all his hard work”
