She showed me where the exact product I was looking for was and had the most gentle demeanor of a person I have ever met. I couldn’t be happier with the service Gianna provided for me at this establishment. She deserves a raise.”

“I recently went into the Seneca S.C Store to make a Furniture purchase using the Progressive Leasing program I had been pre approved for on line.Once getting to the register and attempting to complete the transaction we continuously ran into issues.Steve, the Furniture Guy who helped me and I realized the issue although we were being told by the leasing agent on the phone the issue was something else.After leaving frustrated and not completing my purchase I returned the next day to try again.Once again Steve helped me and we had the same issue,called Progressive Leasing and this time we were able to complete my purchase.Throughout the whole 2 day process Steve was very patient and understanding of my frustration.Leah I believe is her name the cashier was also involved and very helpful as well.I would highly recommend shopping at your Seneca S.C Biglots for all of your Furniture needs and more!!!”

“I would have given it 5 stars if there wasn't confusion about returning items. They take our phone number at the time of purchase, and I think maybe email as well so they should be able to look up purchases. I went there yesterday. Unfortunately, my receipt wasn't in the bag, so I opted to go back today once I found the receipt. I was told that with the receipt, the money would be out nah in our account. I explained that our card had been fraudulently used, and we no longer had the same card used to make the purchase. I was not told that would be an issue. I went back today, receipt in hand, and was told the best they could do was give be a gift card for the amount spent. This felt like a contradiction from what I was told yesterday. Admittedly, I was frustrated because we are being forced to make another purchase at Belk or forfeit our money. I still have them 4 stars for politeness and good prices. I wish the return policy had been more transparent.”

“Ordered a custom Dinosaur cake for my daughter's 15th birthday. Placed my order on Monday, requested it by 4pm that Friday. Friday at 3pm I received a text saying the cake was ready for pickup. Cake was perfect!! Could not have had a better experience.”

“Walmart in Seneca is the largest Walmart in the area. With a good selection of most items, clothes, food and even toys, it’s a one stop shop for everyone and for families especially. Good products and good prices!”
