“This place does have a couple bad reviews. But a lot of that is tenants getting mad at themselves. The rules are very simple. The management is awesome! They are quick and respectful. We did honestly have a couple minor issues when moving in to our apartment. But when brought up to management they had it fixed same day.
I honestly think this is a great apartment complex. It’s quiet. We love our neighbors. They have everything you would need here! Laundry mat. Even though our apartment has a washer and dryer. They have a fitness center. They have a pool. They have a dog park. The apartments are small but comfortable in size.
I highly suggest this place to anyone first starting out on their own!”
“Very comfortable and safe place to live. Maria and Erynn at the front office are absolutely amazing and will go above and beyond to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. They have security on site which is helpful and makes you feel protected. I’ve lived here for almost a year and have never had any bug or plumbing issues. My AC was making a monstrous sound all hours of the day and night and the wonderful ladies up front made sure to get it fixed in a timely manner. Nothing but positive vibes and energy anytime I go in to speak with them and they are always planning community events that make you feel welcome and allow you to get to know your neighbors a bit better.”
“Met Pam Ledford an agent at the leasing office at the Haywood Pointe Apartments in Greenville, SC. Very nice units tucked away in a rustic rural setting away from traffic and noise. Pam has been a veteran in the real estate business 6 years and she was a pleasure to work with. Definitely greeted us with that warm southern hospitality. Maintenance team is phenomenal and leasing staff is exceptional. I would like to highlight the property manager, Mrs. Jennifer, as she has been so helpful with every request or complaint I have had thus far! Also, Maddison has been helpful as well and genuinely listens to my concerns. Both have very positive attitudes! The staff plays a huge part in your living experience and they have been phenomenal!”

“I just moved in near the end of December. My apartment is beautiful! I consider it my cozy home! The leasing manager Amanda is amazing! Once I met her and got to know her she told me about North Point Flats Apartments!I quickly applied she helped me throughout the whole process! The leasing manager Amanda is an absolute blessing!This community is so quiet and I love the fact that they have security cameras on the apartment buildings I could not have chosen a better place! This will be my cozy home for a long time! The inside of the apartments that have been completely redone and are absolutely gorgeous! If you ever want to move to this community or have an interest in living here. You need to definitely talk to the leasing manager Amanda!!!! She will do anything and everything to help just like she did for me. Once again she is an amazing blessing! I already know I'm probably going to leave amazing reviews for this community!”

“Kelly was able to squeeze in a quick tour for me even though I did not have an appointment. She had great knowledge of the property. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Great ammenities. The layouts are well thought out and feel bigger than the footage without a lot of wasted space. You would never know you were just minutes from Woodruff Road and I-85.”

“I moved here over summer and it’s been amazing so far. The area is so amazing. The management are so kind and helpful. There is a big sense of community. Beyond thankful we found this place. My kids are so happy here. Between the pool, grill, community events they host, a dog park it’s so nice. We love it ♥️♥️♥️ Owen Kenzie and Lauren have made us feel included and really made it such a great transition for my kids.”

“After searching numerous local apartments, I found my new home at the Aventine! Jenna, the assistant office manager is so kind, friendly, and very helpful. She listens, and helped me to find the perfect apartment fit for my needs.
Immediately after stepping inside the first apartment on our tour, It instantly felt like home!
The apartments are very clean and maintained, offering great amenities as well.
The location is perfect in Greenville! Instant access to great shopping, downtown, and interstates 85 and 385. You can't get better than this!

“I have lived in Caledon since November of 2024 and have slightly enjoyed the time. When it came to getting the apartment itself Khoree was absolutely amazing and very helpful during the process. I have not had any maintenance issues due to Jared always being very quick and very helpful if I ever had a concern. On a day to day some of my concerns are the piles of dog feces that surround the apartments. The dumpster recently has been over flown the past few months but that has not really affected me since we have valet trash. When I was living in a different building closer to the pool I experienced a lot of palmetto bugs but since moving to a different unit I have not had that issue. Every few weeks or so you get to watch an in person episode of COPS since they seem to get called here quite regularly which I find entertaining. All of the people that live around me seem to be very sweet for the most part. I have noticed a huge influx on the rent since the new management has come into play which I find a little annoying but I only have three months left on my lease so I'm just gonna ride it out. The only other thing that is frustrating is how I get charged every month for pest control when they don't even come every month. My building specifically has been covered in wasps nests all around. You'll pretty much be chased up the stairs. So just expect to do all of your own pest control and get the big bottles of wasp and hornet killer. I've watched them come out of the moved panels in our roof so I'm sure there are 100s of 1000s in the rooves. :)”

“I lived at Bridgeway for just short of 5 years. I would still be there if I wasn’t blessed with another opportunity.
The apartments are updated with exceptional staff. I needed maintenance come maybe 3 or 4 times with small issues and Scott was always there quickly and did a great job! The office manager Linda is the sweetest thing!
There is always ample parking in front of your building and guests are welcome to park in front of areas that are not in front of a building, leaving spots for the residents.
The pool area is always kept clean with a BBQ area available for you to cook your meals in a shaded area with table and chairs, if you chose to eat by the pool.
Even though there are washer and dryer hookups in your apartment there is a laundry room equipped with inexpensive washers and dryers in the mailroom.
There’s even a car care area so you can wash and vacuum your vehicle at no extra charge.
I highly recommend this quiet updated complex with good people managing your needs.”
