“My tour of Walden Creek left me thoroughly impressed. The open layout creates a spacious feel, and the natural light is amazing. The modern design and high-quality finishes caught my eye, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. The balcony offers a stunning view, perfect for relaxing. The location is vibrant with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. I must also commend Hunter for doing a fantastic job giving the tour. The leasing staff was friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. I'm excited about the prospect of calling Walden Creek my new home and enjoying all it has to offer!”

“Lived here with my roommate for about 2 years (2022-2024). Maintenance always responded quickly and appropriately, and the property managers were reasonable with rent. The whole complex is quiet and the landscaping is very well maintained. Located between a church and a public pool with several great schools nearby, its a great place to raise kids. Medical facilities and shopping centers are close by as well making errands much less of a chore. In the summer months bugs can be a bit of a problem especially in the floor level apartments, but pest control is quick to respond. I think my roommate's room had a little water leak in after a very heavy rainstorm, but again maintenance handled it quickly and without issue. The showers always had plenty of hot water and good pressure, and I've never had any issues with phone service. The bathroom finish, kitchen cabinets, and appliances are noticeably cheap and dated though. The only real complaint is that the few times I have needed to contact staff they always seem to be out of office or unreachable by phone. Overall, my time at Edgemont was lovely and I have many happy memories in this neighborhood.”
“Northpointe was my home for the last 10 months, loved to live there. It’s located in such a convenient location. Everything is walking distance. I also never had any issues with my neighbors being loud or anything else. I met some great people there who turned into friends.Ladies from office were always available to help and quick to resolve any issue there was. Ashley was the one who did the introduction to place to me and she was so patient and helpful.Loved the parking garage that’s gated out from public, beautiful pool area and new fitness center. This was my first apartment I’ve lived after years on different houses and I had absolutely wonderful experience.Thank you Northpointe for giving me a great experience, I hope many good people will make a home out of your complex! ?”

“Main & Stone has been a wonderful place for me to reside while in transition. It's in a great location, a beautiful place and has very nice amenities. It's convenient to so many things. Like living in any apartment building, I had a few issues with recurring noisy neighbors, but they were very promptly addressed (to my satisfaction and beyond) by Jessica Stone. She is a great asset to this community. I will miss Main & Stone but am excited about my new home. Highly recommend Main & Stone and appreciate the professionalism of staff, especially Jessica. Thank you!”

It’s very peaceful and quiet here- no issues with neighbors whatsoever.Lots of room in the apartment, beautiful windows, and a cozy kitchen area. My cat loves sunbathing in the big window and watching the neighbors walk their dogs ☺️”

The staff at the leasing office (Steven & Erynn) has great hospitality their level of customer service greatly surpassed that which I’ve seen at any apartment complex I’ve been at ever. “I have been living at signature point going on 3 years now. It has been a very pleasant place to live. They do a wonderful job at keeping up the maintenance of the property. We recently had some issues arise where I ended up owing alot of money and didn't know it. I was devastated. I cannot tell you how worried I was about my financial situation. But miss Sheerie Monroe and Mary Palmer took care of me and straightened everything out. I am beyond grateful to them!!! I highly recommend signature point and if you have any issues let them know ,they will work with you!!!!”

“The leasing agent that took me out on the tour was very kind & answered pretty much all my questions. The apartment was nice & spacious however I think the outside steps & road needs to be pressure washed. Overall I would definitely consider Rocky Creek as my future home.”

“My family and I love living here. Small community, beautiful apartments, Amazing Front Office Manager named Linda, and an awesome maintenance man named Scott. What more could I ask for in a community? Linda has truly been amazing way before I even moved in. During my apartment search prior to living here she showed me how great she was at her job. She was extremely polite and not to mention how informative she was pertaining any questions I had about the property. I also love how stable Linda and Scott are, it’s truly a comfort that the same people are in the office anytime I walk in. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.”
