He’s the only vet in the area that isn’t out to price gouge down on their luck pet owners. For the people who complain about the facility, take your animal to the place down the road that cost $$$$ more. I’m so glad I found him and will continue to take my animals when they need to be seen.

980 South Pine Street, SpartanburgTook our kittens in to establish care. It probably didn’t help my first impression to arrive at the old location on John B White and find no one there. So I showed up at the Pine Street location late and frazzled, and a little annoyed that the old name & address for RRAH still shows up on Google Maps when in fact it has a new name and location. I wish the person with whom I made the appointment had made this clear. A reminder probably would’ve helped too, as my middle-aged brain tends to forget these types of details. 🤦🏻♀ Aaaaanyway. Four stars for all the confusion. But everything else was fine. The staff and doctor were all very nice, and the prices seemed reasonable.
Just a suggestion: I would’ve liked to have the option to keep the kittens in the room for their exam and shots. Some people like to see what’s being done and have a chance to be present and comfort their pet.

I was pleased to find out that parking was validated, so I felt better about the experience. It's been a long time since I've eaten in downtown Spartanburg. Much has changed, and I see many improvements since I moved away.
