136 S Howard Ave, LandrumIt's taken me a bit to write this. My heart is still heavy with sadness as ultimately we did lose our precious baby boy. However I wanted to convey how very grateful we are for the efforts put forth by Dr. Jeni Evans and her entire staff for going above and beyond trying to help our boy. Through compassion, professionalism and prayer, God's Creatures proved themselves superior. Dr. Jeni, thank you especially for the particular kindness you showed me during our very difficult time. Our beautiful boy, Reese couldn't have been in more competent hands but God wanted him home and it was his time. Words can't express the profound heartbreak that we're going through but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and to thank you from the bottom of my heart. The ribeye was highly quality and properly prepared. The cremey squash casserole was a special treat.

1522 E Rutherford St, LandrumI love this little gem! It's just off the main downtown strip in Landrum. You can shop at the Amish furniture store, checkout vintage fundraising shops, grab a coffee at a cafe, and then have an amazing lunch here. It's really the perfect Saturday morning.
I had the fried green tomatoes and the steak bistro sandwich with a cucumber salad side. Everything was spectacular. We stopped at the dessert display on the way out and grabbed an apricot bourbon cupcake and slice of hummingbird cake for after dinner. We also bought some of their doggie bakery offerings for my pooch.
The restaurant is decorated with equestrian memories and there's a dog park out back.
This visit, there was also a pop up shop open with local wood working products, hand made jewelry, and my favorite pierogi!
