I was nearing a milestone anniversary and while waiting for the watch band was describing an upgrade bauble I was thinking about to the associate (Laura?, Linda?) . Staff was able to design exactly what I envisioned at a price exactly what I hoped for. Mr Sohn was very kind and accommodating. Ring was built for us and delivered out of state in a very reasonable amount of time. It is always a pleasure to work with professionals and, in my experience, when the guy you are working with has his name on the building the outcome will be very positive. A truly great experience. “Al and Em do amazing work! I’ve had a permanent bracelet from them for over 2 years and it still looks as great as it did on day 1! A few of my family members love my bracelet and I finally got the chance to bring them to get their own when they came into town. We had such a fun trip to their shop. They were friendly and welcoming and helped each person pick the perfect piece from them. I added a closed cuff from their collection to my wrist and it’s simple yet so chic. They’re amazing people and incredible jewelers. I look forward to adding more of their pieces in the future. 12/10 recommend!!”

“This shop is the absolute best! I purchased the Double Rice & Gate bracelet 12 years ago while visiting Charleston on vacation and have worn it almost everyday since. It's the perfect dainty, silver jewelry piece with an interesting story to its lovely design.The clasp recently broke and Dacuba's came to the rescue with one phone call. I was able to mail in the bracelet for repair. It was repaired very quickly and returned all cleaned up and shiny, just like new! Thier customer service is outstanding and thier jewelry is beautiful. I couldn't recommend them more.”

Jessica was amazing in helping picking out a ring, and despite a sizing issue (not Emblers problem but a third party), Jessica got everything fixed in a timely manner and was communicative throughout the process. As someone who does not wear jewelry and knows next to nothing about rings, Jessica knows what is trendy and will get you set up with something you will be really happy with. My wife and I both love our rings and Emblers made it happen. 11/10! I would not go anywhere else after my great experience here.
