About Harbor Freight Tools
Harbor Freight Tools is America's #1 Tool Store with an unmatched assortment of quality tools at an unbeatable value. The customer service is always great and almost all the staff is amazing, with some associates going above and beyond, showing passion and being extremely helpful. The store and parking lot are always clean, and they have just about anything you need. However, some reviews note that cashier lines can be slow and that occasionally a worker may not be helpful. Overall, the place is epic with great products and staff, making customers feel valued. Whatever You Do, Do It for Less at Harbor Freight.

I wish I would have thought to get the cashiers name but I checked out at 10:38AM 8/18/26 and the guy was very courteous despite the long line he was dealing with. Overall the atmosphere of the store is just a nice bright place, they do a good job and care about the customer
