“Great! The Dorchester County Master Gardener Office is located in Woods Ace Hardware on Trolley Rd.
They will take soil samples to Clemson for evaluation…$6 each with 2 cups of soil!
They also answer garden questions! SO Convenient!
AND you can have a beer -Bolts and Brews! Sit amongst the plants for sale starting at 4 most days.
Oh yeah they have hardware stuff tooo!!!
Great to have such a hardware store so close to me with service people to ask questions! Unlike Lowe’s and Home Depot…which are so big and no help.”

“I'm not a habitual reviewer of places, but I felt like I definitely needed to give the ladies on shift this evening a HUGE shout out! My dad and I came there right at 5:30 because of an emergency, and had no idea they were closing up. As we opened the door they were approaching said door to lock up and the lights were already off. I asked them if they were closed and they said yes, but without hesitation asked what we needed. They helped us find what we needed and were so very patient and accommodating. You don't get that kind of service a lot of places anymore, so I wanted to show them some appreciation for the extra effort after hours!”
“We wanted to leave this 5-star review specifically for Bryan, one of the kindest and most helpful employees we have encountered here. He was quick to warmly greet us and ask if we needed any help. He showed us a few freezers and talked about warranties and quality. We felt like we could trust him and actually take his advice on the products we were looking at. The store overall was good and clean. But I have not been there enough to rate them… all I know is Bryan deserves a 5/5 review and Lowe’s should be very grateful to have Bryan as a part of their staff. “I haven't had a bad experience, I go to this Lowes all the time, employees are helpful, but the most thing I love about going here is the cats that live at Lowe's in the garden center!! Jack Daniel's is my favorite cat, so sweet and I love giving them treats. I mostly go to this location just to see the cats and love on them, I work with animals and it warms my heart to know the employees, like John take care of them! There's too many homeless cats in this world and Im glad they have a place to call home!”
