“I love Palmetto Moon because of all their South Carolina souvenirs but I was looking for Summerville items and they didn't have any. The associate that I spoke to on the phone was nice and helpful but she couldn't help me find what I wanted.”
“Big variety of local goods,like Clemson,USC,only place I have found the true Southern rice steamer,solid iron pots,Savvy shoes,name brand clothing, no bothers you while shopping,pleasant greetings,ample parking.”
“Store was packed, but the Assistant Mgr, Elizabeth, had it flowing. I saw her personally doing 4 or 5 jobs at once, or so it seemed. Got what I needed, plus a couple things I didn't. In and out in 10 minutes.”
“Updated 03/18/26: I think the store pumps air freshner through the HVAC vents,, I could not escape the scent. Cut shopping short to leave.
10/4/25: the redesign for checkout seems to be the norm for these days, glad for the self checkout lane too. The floor is tight in women's clothing, can barely get my shopping cart through the aisles.
