“They are very helpful and have premium pet food. Haven't had a chance to use their grooming service yet but customers I've spoken to in the store are very satisfied.”
“Dog wash station is so clean and orderly compared to the other one on Dorchester Rd. It is well lit, maintained and had all of the pieces for a working order experience. Groomers loop and belly band available. Working and easy to operate blow dryer. Combs and shampoo table were clean and organized. (I brought my own but still.) Towels did not stink and were not terribly stained. (Again I still brought my own.) Tub was sturdy and secure. Grooming table was also acceptable and had a loop available.
Store is clean and easy to navigate. Staff were quiet and helpful. Great store!”

The employees have an attitude that if you try to ask anything, you should watch out if you might cause them to have to work. The nastiness will not subside. I am updating this review because today Andrew reached out and has done everything he could to make things right. This is definitely more the store I remember. We appreciate the effort.”

“I went to PetSmart grooming at Azalea Square. First they called cause I booked the appointment online. This was my first time using the service. The groomer whom called me was very in tune with my pets need. She asked me lots of questions about the dog and the care I wanted her to have.Confirmed the appointment and went in. First time ever I have been to a grooming salon where it did not smell. I was happy. Every single groomer greeted me with pleasantry and a smile. Asked me exactly what was needed and felt very comfortable.They did not try to sell me anything and were very clear with everything.I received a phone call when she was ready. The girl that groomed her said she was such a good dog. That has never happened! All I ever got was complaints that she is too vocal. She is a dog for Pete’s sake!They gave me the receipt and I asked a few questions about boarding places around. Just moved here. The one groomer said give me a minute to think and I will get information from my friend whom uses boarding. Go and pay up front and come back for Poppy and I will have some ideas for you. Wow…customer service that is so not present today. Within less than five minutes she had all the info for me and out came my darling little Poppy..fresh breath and fresh groom. I cant say enough praise for all of the groomers at PetsSmart.I wish I could remember all of their names because they certainly deserve recognition. Thank you,thank you,thank you! I found her happy place and mine too! It was worth thee little bit of travel I had to do to find them. I would give them limitless stars for everything. Thanks for welcoming myself and my Poppy to a great experience.”
