“I had a wonderful experience with Greg at the Goose Creek Post Office today. I had been having a very frustrating experience trying to get my passport application submitted and came to this location hoping someone could help me. Greg was incredibly kind, patient and helpful and went out of his way to accommodate me even though he did not have to. I should note I stopped by Monday of this week attempting to schedule a passport appointment and he tried helping me but the system wasn’t working so he took my information down and said he would attempt to schedule it again at a later time.
I appreciate his willingness to help and, most importantly, how respectfully and kindly he treated me. Employees like Greg make such a difference in a customer’s experience.”

“Kendall and Kevin are amazing!! My husband and I own an Etsy shop and ship hundreds of packages. We’ve tried all the post offices in the Summerville, Charleston, Goose Creek and Moncks Corner area and this was by far the best experience at a post office we’ve had. Kendall and Kevin were so kind and helpful getting every single box scanned for us so efficiently. We are happy to come to this post office to drop off our Etsy packages every time!”
“They helped me find a package that was mislabeled and were so kind and considerate about it. I was in tears knowing it was okay as it was an ornament of a portrait for a family pet that does not have many years left with us and we treasure dearly. I ran out to go find it, but I am so incredibly grateful for everyone there”

“While I would leave overall USPS online/automated systems a poor review, the staff at this location (I unfortunately didn't get her name) was very helpful in resolving my issue.
I'm docking a star because the location should have a phone queue system so you can hang out and wait. If you're trying to call when they're already on the phone, you will get a busy signal and have to just try your luck with another call (repeatedly).”
