Roper St. Francis Express Care is noted for its efficient and pleasant service. The staff is consistently described as great, friendly, awesome, and very good, making patients feel comfortable and at ease. The online scheduling process is very easy with many time options. Wait times are typically short, with patients often seen quickly. The doctors are fantastic, helpful, competent, and decisive, taking time to listen and explain concerns and treatments thoroughly. The experience is overall very efficient, though a rare comment noted an issue with a procedure during training.
The providers have been great, very responsive to my concerns, very friendly. But honestly I have never been in and out of an urgent care so quickly in my life. Usually going to an urgent care means a 3-4 hour wait, but I don't think I've ever waited even 30 minutes to be seen here.

Staff were very friendly and nice, but doc did make it clear that this was a emergency care place and not a doctor's care place. Also ended up getting tons of phone calls and texts from Roper for referrals as far away as Florida. LOL I dont even drive somewhere that's more than 5 miles away.

I did something to my back lifting a suitcase into the car the morning of a week long vacation. My kids first beach experience—I could not be laid up. Team listened, took my history into account, and got me in good shape where I could enjoy my time with the kids on vacation. Quick! Efficient! Friendly!
