“I went in to this location at about 8:30 am on a Friday, because I had a nail in my tire. The parking lot and lobby were packed, so I prepared myself for a long wait. I was checked in by the sweetest girl, and she told me that the wait would be less than an hour, which made me very happy. About 15 minutes later, my name was called and my car was done!! After another sweet girl checked me out and told me to have a blessed day, I went to my car (which had been moved right in front of the door) and there was a fresh long stem rose sitting on my seat!! Gerald's, you earned a new customer in myself and my husband, and I will recommend to everyone I know!!”

“The mechanic was very knowledgeable and efficient. Even though he was under staffed, he was not rushed. It was actually one of the few times that I’ve seen a mechanic use a torque wrench (as opposed to an impact gun) to tighten the lug nuts! Job well done and quickly! 4 tires installed and an alignment in less than an hour.”
