“I have brought two of my cats here, one for a neuter, vaccines and routine care. And most recently my 19yr old sweet baby for euthanasia after a serious decline in her health. Both visits were handled with excellent care and compassion. It's hard finding affordable vet care without compromising the quality of service, Summerville pet clinic has both! When making the decision to put Ruby to sleep they did everything to make sure she felt loved up until the very end. They gave me time to spend with her before Pet Rest came to pick her up and the assistant met me in the hallway with a hug, idk if that's standard or if she could tell that's what I needed but it meant more than words can express!”

“I love this veterinarian office so incredibly much. I’ve interacted with multiple vets and they always offer the best, most supportive care for my babies. I’ve brought many cats to them — indoor and outdoor babies we take care of in our feral colony. They are ALWAYS incredibly supportive and work my babies in as soon as they can — even if they haven’t seen them before. They are massively knowledgeable and are eager to share what they know about the issues you might be facing. They are understanding and thoughtful and I never want to go to another office. I previously had a sort of monthly care set up through a separate corporation veterinarian chain (I’m sure you can guess which one) and stopped taking my baby there bc I felt patronized and dismissed by the staff and frankly uncomfortable. I’m so thankful I had previously visited Sweetgrass and they quickly took us back in and provided amazing care. I’m so thankful for ALL of the sweet, caring staff in this office (front desk, veterinarian team, EVERYONE). Every person has been amazing during every interaction I’ve had with them. And at this point I’ve had many 💛 Thank you for the hard, sometimes difficult and heartbreaking, work that you do. It makes such a difference in so many lives”

“First visit but impressed from the reception area, the tech and the doctor. Our dog is usually stressed when he goes to the Vet but today he was has old self. The tech asked questions and took notes and took him to another part of the clinic. At the end the doctor came out explaining what they had determined to be the cause of his problems and prescribed medication for it. For today’s visit in and out in about 30 minutes.”

Dr.Webster a is very compassionate and caring veterinarian and always has a way of putting our dogs at ease. “Took my dog there yesterday after she showed signs of what I thought could be a possible stroke. Falling over while trying to walk, eyes fluttering, etc...They took her back pretty quickly, asked me a lot of questions which was a good sign. The vet came out, said she didn't think she had a stroke, diagnosed her vestibular syndrome. Gave us two prescriptions and let us know how to treat her. Very reasonable bill. As of today she's she's already showing a lot of improvement.”
