In a fit of rage I broke my screen. Zoe, first off has the patience of a saint for dealing with the 2 people ahead of me. 2nd she was amazing at helping and explaining each option for my replacement!

Phone was in bad shape. They were able to get the screen fixed but some of my apps stopped working. After some pushback, they fixed the apps too.
