“The end of August, 2026, my wife and I traveled south from northern Ohio, spent time in Knoxville, then a week here in Garden City. During our travels, we lost our air conditioning southbound in Cincinnati. After we arrived, I inspected the conditioning with my nephew (a mechanical engineer) and a NAPA parts representative, Christopher, and discovered that the we needed immediate attention above and beyond air conditioning. Christopher called Stan and explained the situation. Stan met me when I arrived, inspected the car, quoted a price and I had the car by 5 pm on the Friday before Labor Day. I felt treated like I was a long term customer. In fact, when I arrived earlier that day, I met a long term customer on her way out the door and she spoke glowingly of Stan and his team of mechanics. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn’t. To travelers and locals alike. This is a professional, competent, clean and fairly priced shop. Thank you Stan for making our visit even better under difficult circumstances.”
