“Brittany is very professional, has great customer service and is an effective communicator! There was a bit of miscommunication of the car wash packages, she was quick to help!
She is a great person to have at the front desk, and handling the operations. She is very friendly!”

“7/28/25
Just had our Lincoln fully detailed including some mold in the interior. The car’s interior and exterior has not looked this good since it left the dealer showroom. Sherry’s communications from the initial evaluation of what would be needed for the car was very helpful and her expertise was very evident! The Technician Eric’s work was impeccable and his explanation of the work was very much appreciated. They will see us again and again!!”

“I had a very good experience at Zips. I had to go into the office & a very pleasant young man Telise helped me. He answered my questions & was very patient & polite. Thxs. So much Telise!”
“I went to get my car washed here for the first time and was met with a welcoming staff. One specificity stood out, Chris, he assisted me with cleaning my mats and offered me a cold bottle of water. I definitely will be back.”
“Pulled into Tidal Wave in Surfside looking for a clean car and maybe a decent deal. Ended up leaving with a membership, a shiny ride, and a little faith in customer service restored.
Carmen helped me at the gate, and the man was smooth under pressure. His mom called while he was helping me and wasn’t feeling well, but he still made sure I was taken care of first. Respect. Though as a dad and a son myself, I was also thinking, “Brother, go check on your mama.” That’s the kind of stuff that matters.
The process was clean, quick, seamless, and the membership deal made too much sense not to grab. Facility looked sharp, wash did its job, and Carmen handled the whole thing like a pro.
Great car wash. Better service. Somebody give Carmen a raise… and maybe a minute to call his mom back.
Stay rinsed, my friends.”

“All Hands Auto Detailing did a terrific job on my new Corvette. I had a ceramic treatment and from end wrap and the car looks better the new. Delivered back to me on time and with supplies for ongoing maintenance.”
“We visit 2 to 3 times a year and I came through for a wash a few days ago. This was My first time here and I was greeted by a polite young man. He said his name is Ryan T. Although I didn't want a membership at this time, he was very informal on what each tier of wash came with. Not only that, when I went to vacuum out my vehicle, the vacuum that I was parked at was clogged and when I saw Ryan t still working at the payment section, I flagged him down and he assisted in getting the vacuum in working condition very quickly. This young man deserves a raise if he hasn't already gotten one ! I will be back and hopefully he's working when I come back! His professionalism and willingness to go out of his way was so refreshing ! ?”
“As one business owner to another, I gotta tell you this guy does a fantastic job. “Never gave a review for a car wash before but Jason helped me tremendously after I had the car washed. The vacuum ports were amazingly clean. I was confused about a couple of things and Jason came to my rescue and helped me. The car wash employees , service and treatment of their clients is nothing less than staggering. They have a new member for life.”

“I have a quick question for the owner/operator. Can people do drying and/or detailing at the station where pressure water and soapy brushes are? I've seen some customers do drying with towel and/or detailing without moving their vehicles out of station while some other customers are waiting for the open station.”
“Frankie has the most knowledge of products and the application of them.
I just had my truck wrapped for my business. I took it to Frankie and he knew exactly what to do to protect my vinyl from UV rays and road grime. I only had the outside done but my old headlights are like brand new and so are my chrome rims. We have used his services for years now. Before that we had never been truly satisfied with anyone else's work. My wife and I are born and raised here and know a lot of his customers and and I promise they will never take their vehicle to another detailer. If you want your car to look as new as possible Frankie is the man to do the job. If there was a category he should be rated best of the beach. We highly suggest using Franks Auto Deailing services!!!”

“Would really like this car wash to have membership options like Turbo Car Wash. Free vacuum and towels. I have a car that requires touchless but the only car wash is in NMB.”
“So im here from out of town and wanted to wash the 12 hrs worth of road grime off my truck. Did the search .. read the reviews .. and did the $6 Tuesday Special. Totally automated car wash ( 7 ft clearance ) took about 5 minutes. Much to my surprise the truck was about 95% cleaned! All but 1 dried on bug on the bumper and 1 small spot on the windshield. AND you get a vacuum token too!
While there i couldnt help but notice the owner cleaning the bays. Picking up trash and keeping up with the up keep. I would go back in a heart beat ... even if i had to pay the 12$.”
“Karl detailed the interior of our 2024 Tiguan. We have a big GoldenDoodle who enjoys the beach and running in the ocean, so we had sand everywhere! After three hours, the car is magnificent! The price is fair. I highly recommend Karl.”

“Last week an employee at the Rt. 501 Nyrtle Beach approached me while I was drying my Camaro Convertible. His name is Tai. He struck up a conversation about his girl freing/wife's live of Camaros and with this, gave some personalization to the automated car wash experience in Myrtle Beach. I owned a manufacturing company in Newark, NJ for years and the car wash two blocks away had no automation. It was a group of about 12 Mexican guys that washed the car by hand with thick sponge like gloves. The cars were partially dried mechanically but mostly by hand while two guys would enter the car on the driver and passenger sides to clean the interior, vacuum, wash the interior windows, etc. It also allowed me to point out something extra and a tip. The cost of this was $12. Tai reminded me of the personal car wash experience.
I also would like to add that the new Mexican lady who guides us into the wash dies so everyday with a big red lipstick smile and a wave hello and goodbye. She makes me smile too. A BIG improvement over the guys who always look unhappy to be working to pay the bills. She should be the gold standard of your company.”
“This has been the second time going. We are local and have had our favorite Italian restaurants in area for years. As they have declined in flavor we tried here. Food, service and atmosphere are excellent. The food taste just like my grandparents. Very flavorful. Tomato sauce is a very important part of an Italian restaurant as it is used in many different dishes. you can see they put the time, heart and soul into making a flavorful sauce. We had the chicken parm., shrimp, chicken Francese, all very good. they give you large portions enough for 2 meals. I seen a lot of people with take home bags. It also is a nice touch that along with the excellent bread they give you roasted garlic, oil and butter if you like. Staff is very personable and attentive as well. Looks like we found a new go to! P.s they might be able to take walk-in, but I would recommend reservations especially with the tourists season coming.”
“I’ve been part of their monthly wash club for over a year. The convenience and quality are great! The employees are very kind and a gentleman named Keith took the time to help me when I accidentally got my child’s favorite blanket stuck in the vacuum. Highly recommend!”
“I come here quite often and I have to say the gentleman Nick that has normally been here is such a gentleman and he just does an awesome job he's so good at what he does and he smiles while he tells you that's an awesome employee you have Nick”

“Very small and you will need to have some very tight steering. The wash quality and amount of products used during the wash, seemed positive. The wash was thorough for a touches, while the drivers are not fantastic...yet, not horrible at doing a reasonable job.”
