Aaron was kind and patient in helping me to navigate and completing the insurance paper work. He took his time explaining the process and even though I was concerned about the people behind me, Aaron mentioned that I was also a customer and it was OK, lol. He did make sure that those folks were promptly taken care of. I will never go to a different TMobile store after the care and attention that Aaron provided.”

“I have used this rent a center multiple times. Porcha is amazing. She will go above and beyond to help you, bundling your furniture ect. To save you $$$. Porcha is very professional, polite. I have changed my mind several times in ordering something different I found and she is extremely patient and kind. The store is clean, the men who deliver are very professional on time and careful with the furniture when they put it together. Porcha really does make this rent a center the best in Horry County.”
“When my phone screen broke I ended up at the Tmobile corporate location because I couldn't dial or text since my keyboard was gone. They quickly hooked me up with a phone to call in my claim and assisted me until the claim went through. The store was very busy but the guys working were friendly & professional and greeted everyone with a smile. Thank you for all your help getting my new phone sent overnight even though it was a holiday and an ice storm . I apologize for not getting their names. They deserve praise . I've been with Tmobile for 20+ years and will never change! Great job Tmobile.”

“It was okay, they could not locate my laptop that l left there for them to fix. Eventually they did. Geek squad is good as long as you have a warranty, without that, you are looking to spend around as much as you paid to buy the item new. Would l use them again? Eventually.”

“I came here after a long day hoping to switch my esim over to my new phone. I got there at around 5:30 and Tania quickly greeted me with a warming welcoming as she was helping another customer. She was proficient at multitasking and very attentive. The computers ended up shutting down as she was going to finish setting me up! She remained calm, found solutions to check out customers, and was very very patient. She apologized deeply and although the odds seemed against her, after two hours of technical issues she was able to still do her job and helped me out! She’s a fantastic addition to this team and I deeply thank her!”

“Kinda lame all these people are leaving bad reviews on a gas station regarding their Slurpee machines and hot dogs. Also for Mr. Jeff, If you like sheetz so much, drive the “103 miles” from this location to get there… we’re in Conway. I’m sorry they’re having technical issues with being a brand new station. Also why go to a gas station for hot dogs and slurpees? I know they say they have them, but buy a coke or maybe go to a fast food place for food. Don’t rely on the 1 or 2 people working to make fresh hotdogs 24/7. It’s a gas station. They have plenty of gas and plenty of beer + snacks.Slurpee machine has lids. Bathrooms are clean. Hot dogs look fresh. If you leave a 1 star review on a gas station, you have a 1 star life :)”
