“My partner and I went into here mostly on a whim because he was on the hunt for sandals. We did not find sandals. However, we found beautiful shoes for fall and winter back in Upstate NY! Debra was phenomenal and tended to all of our needs. She chatted with us and told her honest opinion on what looked good and what didn't. We left that store with 3 pairs of shoes in hand! I'd definitely recommend this store!”

“This is my favorite anthropology store. And I have been to many in various states. Their sale room on the back always has great finds and they carry a good selection of homeware. The main differential from other stores is how kind and warm the staff are. The manager is such a nice woman and seems to hand pick cool girls to join her team. I had to do some confusing returns after Christmas and customer service couldn’t have been better or more patient. I am moving out of Myrtle beach and will miss being able to pop by every week just to check the sale section and buy some things here and there… I wanted to leave a thank you note. I really appreciated the way I was treated at the store.”

“The ladies were very helpful, especially since I couldn't find a woman shoe in a comfortable size, 12 was to big, 11 to small. They suggested trying to find a man's size shoe, which we finally did. Since I am having surgery in a few days, and was required to have a slip on shoes, with slip resistant tread, and a firm back, it really didn't matter what they looked like. Since it was a BOGO 60 percent off the second pair sale, along with an additional 10 percent off for military, I was able get a pair of dress shoes in my size in ladies.”

“Went in today. I was checking out when my daughter was making conversation with Savanna. Savanna was kind to engage and show her a few things on her phone. Keep in mind I was purchasing a few things from there. Marlin not sure if I spelled it correctly. But she walked up to her and told her to get back to work. I personally was more then greatfull savanna took time to talk to my daughter. Store was not busy at the moment. Not sure if Marlin was manager or supervisor. But that is not something you say in front of a customer. Made my daughter feel bad because she got her trouble. As a sales associate is part of Customer service and to to show the customer you care is part of your job. Savanna was excellent and took well care of us. Marlin might need to reevaluate her position as a sales Associate..... bad attitude not Pleasant (Marlene) only reason why you guys got 5 star is because of savanna”

“I bought a pair of Kancans from Gemini a few months ago and after wearing them and washing them they started falling apart. I don’t live in the area so I took a chance at messaging the boutique on Facebook about the jeans and they went above and beyond to make it right! The owner(?) even mailed me a store credit when Kancan wouldn’t do anything to replace the jeans. I will make sure to visit this boutique any time I am in the myrtle beach area!And kancan jeans are typically great but I must’ve snagged a defective pair. This won’t deter me from buying them in the future as I have multiple pairs that I love!I definitely recommend Gemini Boutique!”
