“My husband and I got invited to a themed birthday party which required costumes to attend. We didn’t need much, just a few accessories to ad to the basics we already had in our closets. I tried several local stores for things but was unsuccessful and then I looked up costume shops and found Imaginations. What a selection! It was overwhelming the amount of items they carry. Fortunately a staff person greeted me when I walked in and asked what I was looking for. She was able to guide me the section of the store easily fr the items I was looking for. While the selection wasn’t vast it was just what we needed. Another staff person was able to point out a few other items in other parts of the store as well. Overall the staff was very friendly and professional and the store has a wide variety of costume and accessories to choose from.”
“I needed to retire my old Red Wing boots after about seven years and went to the Myrtle Beach store. I was helped by Jacob and Dimitry. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. “Went in today. I was checking out when my daughter was making conversation with Savanna. Savanna was kind to engage and show her a few things on her phone. Keep in mind I was purchasing a few things from there. Marlin not sure if I spelled it correctly. But she walked up to her and told her to get back to work. I personally was more then greatfull savanna took time to talk to my daughter. Store was not busy at the moment. Not sure if Marlin was manager or supervisor. But that is not something you say in front of a customer. Made my daughter feel bad because she got her trouble. As a sales associate is part of Customer service and to to show the customer you care is part of your job. Savanna was excellent and took well care of us. Marlin might need to reevaluate her position as a sales Associate..... bad attitude not Pleasant (Marlene) only reason why you guys got 5 star is because of savanna”
“We love this store! The clothes are beautiful. But I want to acknowledge the amazing staff. I left my wallet about an hour before the store closed. When I called (after they were closed), they spent 20 minutes looking for it. When they found it, they waited another 30 min for me to pick it up. Great store - and wonderful employees! Thank you!!”
“The shoe department was truly one of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time. The service was not only efficient but also extremely friendly. The staff assisted us throughout the entire shoe shopping process for our family. Despite my son being tired and fussy, the young lady there continuously helped us manage the situation, eventually calming him down. Her presence alone made a significant difference. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service.”

“This is my second time coming to scrubs and beyond and I really like and appreciate this place. From the abundance of styles and brands to the very helpful staff. V in particular was amazing. I told her I start my new job as a phlebotomist soon and she was so encouraging, telling me congratulations and good luck. She was just as excited as I was about it. She was also very through at job keeping the store looking beautiful and organized.”
“This is such a great shop. My daughter & I were in Myrtle Beach for a dance competition and decided to stop in and look for a Homecoming dress. The shop is great, great customer service, and we walked out with a beautiful Sherri Hill dress. Months later we were prom dress shopping at home (Illinois), my daughter found the dress she wanted at a local shop, but they didn’t have the color she wanted. So, I searched online and happened to see that Foxy Lady was listed as a shop that we could order from! I was so happy to see that as we had a such a great experience with them when we were there. So, I ordered it. They texted me verifying the size with some guidelines that it ran small etc. We ordered, a few days later they called me on the phone just to let me know they didn’t have it in shop but they were ordering it for us. Once it got to their shop they called me again to tell me they had it, and would send it ASAP. They texted me a picture of it in the box and my address to verify everything was correct and we got it 3 days later. We highly recommend them! Thank you!”

“My husband and I are spending our anniversary weekend in MB and decided to spend the day at BOB! Enter the store because of the beautiful dress in the window! This little boutique is On Point! I was greeted upon entering and every worker was friendly and attentive. After given time to browse the store I didn’t see the dress anywhere but in the window. A sweet young lady ask if I was looking for anything in particular I said the dress in the window. “That is our last one”. It’s been very popular! She asked the size I needed! She checked & Behold it’s mine! She removed the dress from the mani and handed it to be! I am one happy customer and definitely will be returning to this little gem!”
“I cannot rave enough about Leana! She was the nicest employee I've ever worked with! I came into this Foot Locker stressing with my 3 children trying to find my oldest some black Air Force Ones low tops. She was the first employee to jump to help us as well as welcomed us as soon as we walked in when the nearby stores made us feel stressed and werent as welcoming! She took the time to listen to his wants and desires as well as helped with the other two while my oldest picked out his shoes and had them brought to us almost immediately and when I was worried about his sizing and she went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what he wanted and needed. When it was time for checkout she explained joining the Foot Locker rewards and all it provided! We will definitely be back just because her customer service was 110% on point!!”
