Selection okay, prices average. As to service the Coastal Grand Mall store is lacking. The location on Sayebrook, however, is over the top! Friendly and helpful going out of their way to meet your needs.

Horrible customer service. No one acknowledged us at this store. If I didn't need new shoes I would have walked out.
