“Outstanding service. We have an Oreck vacuum that is estimated to be 22 years old. ( It was given to me by a friend who received it from the building contractor when he moved into his house. The cord shorted out and when I trying to fix it. I broke the wire on the switch. The replacement for this vacuum is $479.00. The fix was under $50.00. It only took them 3 days to get the new switch and do the repair. This place is definitely my go-to for our vacuum needs. PS. I highly recommend the Oreck vacuum from this shop if you are looking for a new upgrade. Best vacuum I have ever owned. Even better than the $1500.00 Kerby.”

It was very hot outside, yet Tiffany was all smiles. She asked if I needed anything else from her store, and reminded me , Home Depot was there for future rentals and any house holds need. I loved the personal , professional, and friendly service I received.”

“This involve three sheets of plywood that I was unable to return.
Over this past weekend, I was helped out by four extremely empathetic employees at the Woodruff Rd Home Depot and I want them to be recognized for their sincere efforts.
On Monday morning 7/22/24, Keke at the Service Desk was extremely instrumental in assisting me with my solving my unorthodox situation and the MOD that morning, didn't fuss at me and knew exactly how to resolve the problem.
I also would like to recognize Davi (Sunday 7/21/24) in the Rental Department (trailer rental) was more than empathic and understanding with my rental and I can't thank him enough for taking a genuine interest in helping me and for his kind words after I brought the trailer back. Then right before the store closed one very helpful young lady at the Service Desk on (Sunday 7/21/24), was also extremely helpful and caring when it came to the circumstances of my situation.
These four employees showed what it means to work as a team to resolve even the most trivial issues a customer may encounter. Kudos to all of them.
Home Depot (the Orange Store) will always, has always and will continue to be my goto, Home Improvement store for any and all future projects. Thank you all so very much.”

“I just went by to purchase a capicator for my unit and the front desk asked me who I worked for and if I had a license.......thanks for nothing ...the other guy let me know that I needed to know the voltage and that it could burn up if I didn't get the right size. Thanks to this guy for the info but I'll never go there again......"New HVAC student"If a business or an eletrical license is required you guys should have a sign that clearly state that. Some how I don't think those are required to purchase products from this or any other parts store. By the way I purchased 4 capacitors from another parts store without any problems.......8/28/2020 update....i just had a great experience there today so I'd like to retract my previous review...Thanks guys”

“Went to look at grills. Ron helped us with that, and boy, he can sell you on those Traeger grills! He did tell us what to get and what not to get from his own experience. He was so helpful. And he knew other things we needed and locations for those, was willing to walk to show us. Very informative and helpful. Also, Rebecca, head cashier, was very helpful too. Went out of her way to help with a transaction that caused grief several times. Kudos to her for staying at it and being friendly!”
