“The parking lot was packed but the store wasn't as busy as I expected. Standard Target, but the store seems a bit newer than the Woodruff Road store. And no Woodruff Road traffic!”
“I received exceptional customer service at this location! I originally came in and spoke with Alexis about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and transparent with all of the information we discussed. She took her time and explained the current promotions and what they offer if we decided to switch. There was no pressure from her and she was easy to understand with the information she gave.
I came back in at another date after my information didn't transfer everything to my new device and worked with Raymond. He was very patient and helpful with getting mine and my son's devices up and running. We were there for over an hour and not once did we feel like we were an inconvenience to him. He was incredibly kind to my son and engaged with him while he waited on the information to transfer over.
I also noticed that the other employees were welcoming and helpful with the customers as they came in. Everyone was greeted and assisted within seconds.

“Mike in Electronics at Target went above and beyond for us and absolutely deserves recognition. He helped make sure we received our order an entire day sooner, and honestly, without his help, I’m not even sure we would have gotten it at all.
On top of that, he also took the time to make sure our Buy One Get One Free deal was honored correctly, which ended up saving us around $80. None of that was something he had to do, but he still chose to help and made the whole experience so much less stressful.
It’s rare to come across employees who genuinely care enough to put in that kind of effort. Mike was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. We truly appreciated everything he did for us.”
