“Wanted to share my recent experience with Anthony in the Verizon store in Mauldin SC. My phone service was cut off for no apparent reason. Anthony went to great lengths to resolve the issue by calling Verizon customer service and several other departments to get my service restored. I highly recommend Anthony for any of your cell phone needs. It’s rare these days to receive that 5 star customer service!”
“Tim and Brad were both very helpful and professional with me in discussing a wifi, with Verizon this time, as well as a newer phone. In handling the order, I made an error that caused them to need to meet with me once again. Both times were quite pleasant and all was worked out quiet well. The Verizon hookup was so easy and convenient. I am also thrilled with the new mobile smart phone I received. “I went to T mobile in Cherry Dale 12/ 8/ 2025 horrible customer service no one acknowledged yiu when you come in sat there for 30 mins no one said anything so we left. We We went to Mauldin Tmobile 12/9/ 2025 was the exact same thing no acknowledged us when we walk in the store We sat for about 30 mins Some ladies came in they acknowledged them and said they would be with them so we got up and left and drove to Augusta street Tmobile amazing customer service soon as we walked in we were welcomed in the store Everyone spoke and went above and beyond to find what we needed. “After a terrible experience at Congaree Rd store I visited this one on Pelham Rd. I had a wonderful experience here. Gerson and Nicholas were so friendly and welcoming. I had a virus on my phone and they were more than helpful!!! They were very knowledgeable and helpful!! They were able to get rid of the virus and I was still able to keep my photos. Many of my photos were of me deceased son. 2 young men are gems and I bought a new phone and several assesories for my phone. Congaree lost out on this sale since the young woman at this store lost out on this sale. Thank you so much guys!!!”

“These guys went above and beyond for me. Something I’ve never seen from ANY mobile service or retrailer. All of them are relatively young like myself, but you’d think they’ve been doing this all their lives for how friendly and good they are! Amethyst and the store manager went miles and miles, even telling corporate over the phone that they were NOT sending me away without my issue being resolved. I was dumb founded, and couldn’t believe how much they cared. Not your typical T-mobile store, but certainly will never go to any other but here. Huge kudos to Amethyst, the store manager; and the entire team who made sure multiple times we had what we needed and welcomed us in. You guys rock!! Here’s that review I promised.”

“Had an issue with the number being stolen from my phone. Went to different corporate stores, and was on the phone with main corporate, with no success to retrieve number to put back on my phone. Went to this location, and after a month of fighting to get my number back, this location was able to assist me by getting issue fixed within an hour. Won't go anywhere else now if I can help it!”

“I received exceptional customer service at this location! I originally came in and spoke with Alexis about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and transparent with all of the information we discussed. She took her time and explained the current promotions and what they offer if we decided to switch. There was no pressure from her and she was easy to understand with the information she gave.
I came back in at another date after my information didn't transfer everything to my new device and worked with Raymond. He was very patient and helpful with getting mine and my son's devices up and running. We were there for over an hour and not once did we feel like we were an inconvenience to him. He was incredibly kind to my son and engaged with him while he waited on the information to transfer over.
I also noticed that the other employees were welcoming and helpful with the customers as they came in. Everyone was greeted and assisted within seconds.
Thank you to the staff and management at this location for providing exceptional customer service on more than one occasion!”
