“The other day I came in with a problem with my dog. The first time I came she greates me and asked I needed any help, she took the time to explain products and walk me through how to use them. I failed to follow some of Brandis recommendations. Then I came back in a second time and purchased the product she recommended and took her advise. It was amazing! Her welcoming greeting, professionalism, and her knowledge was far superior then any other customer service I have ever encountered.
I will continue coming to this store because of her knowledge, her leadership with her team in the store, and what she bring to the community helping all the customers coming into the store.
I truly believe her knowledge ans customer service is second to none. She needs to be recognized for all her hard work, detecation, and leadership she provide to her staff and community.”

“TJ Maxx is the best with a wide variety of cool items. I LOVE their unique jewelry. I always find the coolest pieces that people always complement me on and they can't believe I bought it at TJ Maxx. The girl at the jewelry counter was extremely helpful and patient with me since I was pulling jewelry from several different cases. Definitely my go-to place for unique finds and to treat myself to a little something!”

“My Girlfriend, my mother and I came to Belk to just shop around and Ms. Teresa came to assist us when we were looking at cologne, which my GF got me for my birthday. She was very personable and helpful. She made sure I got to choose the bag that came with my cologne purchase and threw in some extra samples for myself and my girlfriend. Some people take things like this for granted, however…..with me having a background in customer service and knowing how scarce pleasant Customer Service is….i had no choice but to acknowledge her excellence and hope that she get some type of accolade for this. ?????”
“I have to disagree with the last review and then calling out the Store Manager about how she conducts business at this fabulous Super Target or as I call it Super Duper Target.
If you're infuriated about this particular store, do not take Shipt orders at this location.
I have experienced some delays checking out esp during this past Holiday Season.
However, there are many people shopping and there were only 2 people sometimes 3 people at a time in Customer Service.
I also do Shipt.
Just have to be patient and wait like everyone else.
This Target is large. I'm sure it's not cost effective to have 6 or 10 employees in Customer Service for just us Shipt personal shoppers.
99.5% of the time, I've had great experiences here at this location.
And will drive extra miles just for this Target to pick up on my Shipt app.
In fact, I mentioned this to a Target employee just yesterday. Honest truth and she asked me by which other Target are you near? I mentioned Gastonia.
In fact, I wouldn't mind working here as a part time employee if they are hiring.
The employees are friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions.
Kudos to this location.
The store is always clean, even the restroom.
Once in awhile it was messy, but that was on a crazy day full of shoppers during the holiday rush. However, the employees were on top of the situation.”

“Info given is pretty accurate. Being a truck driver sometimes the short cuts are through residential neighborhoods which makes for a bad day. Google can't differentiate between a car and a tractor trailer unfortunately.. so.. all-and-all it's helped more than it hurts. If you have to go to a specific area and the location is inaccurate, it will eventually catch up and take you straight there. Thanks Google. Rock ONNNN !!!!! ??????????”
“I just had a wonderful experience with Nicole a sweet cashier at family dollar. I came in to purchase a pack of thank you cards but they did not have any on the shelf and I needed them right away and she offered to give me some that she had in her car. This was so much above customer service and shows she is a great employee. I will be back her to spend my money and see Nicole.”
“It is very bad for getting licenses, they leave you waiting for a long time and there is never any attention even if the person passes by. Who gets a fishing license doesn't see a way to help someone”
“Very satisfied with the money order service. Although there was line and I had to wait but overall great experience. Walmart just charged $1 fee for money order while paying with debit card. I was suspicious after reading negative reviews on google so initially I went to other businesses like PLS and ACE based on their good ratings but both are either only accepting cash or charging too much ($58) for money order service if you pay by debit card. After that I went finally to Walmart and able to get it in just $1 with debit card.”

“I'm not rating Walmart, but rating Sharon T., one of their team leads for customer service at the Tega Cay store (Store 3733). She showed patience and persistence in helping my wife sort out a discrepancy in receipt values during a return. She even got on the phone with corporate while we were there to get clarity on why the receipts did not match. She handled a confusing situation with careful attention and was committed to my wife not leaving the store without being satisfied. She also pointed out that when shopping on Walmart.com, you have to be careful to note whether you're actually buying from Walmart or from a marketplace affiliate (similar to Amazon). I've made the same point to my wife before and was glad Sharon brought it up as well. The receipt formats, and how discounts are shown, can be different, which they were in this case, causing confusion. Sharon helped us get to the bottom of it and kept on it until we knew what had happened and she could process the correct amount for the return refund. Thank you, Sharon!”
