“Such a fun hidden gem! The mini-golf and spin bumper cars are awesome for kids, and the park is super clean. Plus, the misting fans and shaded seating were lifesavers on a hot day.
Huge shoutout to the guys working there—their customer service was top-notch! They were so friendly, patient, and encouraging with kids who were nervous about the air obstacle course. Highly recommend!”

“Emma at Playtopia was absolutely wonderful! 💙 My nephew lost his blue squishy ball, and Emma took the time to help us look for it for such a long time. She went above and beyond to help us, and we were so thankful for her kindness and patience. It’s employees like Emma who make such a difference! Thank you, Emma! ⭐”

“I have had several experiences at the Southern Charm Event Venue, including photographing a wedding and participating in two bridal shows. The Southern Charm Event venue is a great space for all types of events! There is a covered outdoor space perfect for a wedding ceremony or family gathering, there is a large indoor space for wedding receptions or other events, and there is a bridal suite perfect for a bride and her bridesmaids. There is so much versatility in the space! The staff is also awesome to work with and so accommodating. Highly recommend! :-)”

“I am at a volleyball tournament. It is cash only but that’s not to say that other events don’t have other payment types. The building is extremely clean and professionally designed. Even with a college SEC men’s Basketball tournament going on, there were plenty of volunteers and staff to direct you to your event.”

“Oh my goodness! The White Home is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever attended for a wedding and, as the venue for my daughter's wedding, was a dream-come-true! The house and its grounds are spacious and beautiful! There are so many plantings on the grounds to ensure blooms most all times of the year. We were fortunate to have both azaleas and camelias in bloom, which made the wedding extra beautiful! We used most every part of the grounds for the event, having the wedding outdoors on the lawn, cocktail hour inside the foyer and on the front porch, having the reception under a large white tent on another part of the lawn with chandeliers, and using the brick patio with cafe lighting as the dance floor. It was an absolutely magical event! And Rock Hill has such beautiful Southern charm that I was proud to have all our out-of-town guest weekend there. I wouldn't change a thing about this venue if I had to do it all over again! Thank you, Matt & the White Home, for making our daughter's wedding a dream come true!”

“We were married in November 2025 at the Heritage Conference Center, and it is hard to put into words how grateful we are for the incredible team there. AJ and Amy didn’t just help run our wedding — they truly cared about us and our day. From the very beginning, their entire TEAM had attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made us feel completely at ease.

They took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in ways that exceeded every expectation we had. Every small detail mattered to them, and it showed. On our wedding day, we felt so loved, supported, and genuinely taken care of — like royalty.

Because of AJ and Amy (and their awesome team), our day was not only beautiful but stress-free and full of joy. We will always be thankful for the role they played in making our wedding unforgettable. If you are considering the Heritage Conference Center for a wedding or any special event, book it. You will not regret working with such an exceptional, heartfelt team.”

“We had our wedding here and it was perfect! The town of Pineville keeps this facility in great shape. The backyard lawn and pergola are wonderful for seating people on either side of the aisle. The ballroom is spacious (about 50 guests) and the hardwood floors are beautiful. There's a nice kitchen and built-in wet bar.

Thank you to the Parks and Rec department for coordinating with us and meeting our needs. We could not have asked for more on our special day.”

“I went on 1/28/26 and it was a dry day after it had snowed a few days earlier. I only saw 2 other people there. Very quiet!! The tunnel pond was frozen over. The grounds were pretty brown because it was winter but non the less, the orchids were gorgeous in the warm conservatory garden. I can only imagine how beautiful this place is with all the lights, ice sculptures or Chinese Lanterns! I live in CA so I won’t be returning but I would return in Spring if I lived closer.”

“We had a time! My besties surprised me with a pole dance class for my bachelorette weekend and Sasha did not disappoint. Her energy, music selection, talent, and ability to connect with each and every one of us is beyond a 5- star rating. We will definitely be back! Thank you Sasha!”

“Baxter Village has a very posh feel to it, but it’s super cute and I love it! There are some great restaurants here (Jekyll & Hyde & an amazing fresh Greek place plus TCBY), as well as a cupcake bakery and some random shops. There are lots of places to sit and relax, a pretty fountain, etc. you’ll see a lot of kids walking around and playing that live in the houses nearby.”

“River Hills ha a great layout, keeping you interested through all 18 holes. The greens are in terrific shape and run faster than average. I would give it another star if the fairway grass was a little thicker. Most of the fairway lies are pretty tight.”

“The venue was clean and the stage area was spacious with good seating. The location is very strange and you have to drive into a neighborhood to get to it. The parking is pretty cramped for large events. A warm up area or place to practice should be provided when hosting a dance competition. Other than seating, space was limited for stretching and warning to especially, but even just walking.”

“We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Rock Hill for a 7 v 7 football tournament weekend with our team, Nxt Era Panthers (Boston), and I truly cannot say enough great things about our experience.

Our entire team stayed at the hotel, and from start to finish, the service was absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. A special thank you to Stephanie and Garrett at the front desk, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. They truly set the tone for such a positive experience.

One of the best parts of this location is how convenient it is; the games were held at Manchester Meadows Park, which was only about 7 minutes from the hotel. That made traveling back and forth with a large group so easy.

Breakfast each morning was a highlight; the food was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. The grits were especially amazing, and a special shoutout to Yvonne for making them! The entire breakfast staff was warm, friendly, and attentive.

The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made traveling with a large team even more enjoyable.

A special thank you to Stacie Woge, Sales Coordinator, who was outstanding. Her communication was quick, clear, and professional from the very beginning. She worked closely with our team, was extremely accommodating, and even extended a deadline for us when we missed it, which we truly appreciated. She made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free.

We had absolutely no issues during our stay, and that says a lot when traveling with a large group like ours. The Nxt Era Panthers felt welcomed, supported, and well cared for the entire time.

We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great experience!”

“We chose this hotel because it was near the Charlotte airport. At check-in, Twan was friendly and efficient. Our room was very clean and was a nice size and even had a couch. We've never seen a room with two TVs before, one for the beds and one for the couch. Very comfortable! With a desk, refrigerator, microwave, and small sink, one could easily spend an extended stay in this Holiday Inn Express.”

“I thought this place was cheap and cheesy until I seen it in person, the cabins are awesome (way better than any hotel room) as well as the location and surroundings! Oh, if your a spiritual person, ghost hunter, ETC. You will more than likely find more than your looking for here! You can def feel presence and interaction here (I'm thinking from first settlers and native Americans possibly?) Anyways, weather your here to touch base with the spirits or cook out with yor family or just want something un-ordinary, this place is awesome!”

“We arrived around 8:00 p.m. and immediately noticed our room was extremely cold (55°F). The thermostat showed the heat was set to 80°F, but the room would not warm up. The heating unit would run for about five minutes and then shut off, and despite repeated attempts, the temperature only increased a degree or two.

I called the front desk multiple times with no answer and eventually had to go downstairs in person. The front desk attendant appeared to be working alone and was on a call, which likely explains why the phone wasn’t answered.
The front desk staff said maintenance would be notified. Maintenance did come up, checked the thermostat and wall unit, told me I should be good, but if the unit turned off again, turn the thermostat off, then back on.
Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue. The heat continued turning off every few minutes, so I had to switch it off, then back to heat to get the heating unit to run again. By 10:30 p.m. the room was only about 60°F. When I woke up around 4:00 a.m., it had dropped back to 58°F. I did this song and dance again in the morning until we had to leave and got the room up to 64F.

We returned later in the afternoon to find the wall thermostat had been removed. The wall unit was running and set to 74°F, and the room was finally comfortable, though there was no communication about the change.

That said, there were positives. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable with supportive pillows, and the shower had good water pressure. The location is also very convenient — easy to get in and out of, Starbucks across the street, Outback in the same parking lot, and the area felt safe.”
