“Fun place, really enjoyed the mini golf. Would possibly return for that.

My kid also wanted to do the rope course. He enjoyed it, but honestly, we won’t do it again. Employees are on young side and simply don’t give the activity the attention/respect it requires.

Giving 4 stars because the mini golf is a really fun course, but wouldn’t do any of their other activities.”

“I haven't been in years and there were so many additions. Like the airbags so much more than the foam. There is still a foam pit though for those who love that! I will be back soon”

“I have had several experiences at the Southern Charm Event Venue, including photographing a wedding and participating in two bridal shows. The Southern Charm Event venue is a great space for all types of events! There is a covered outdoor space perfect for a wedding ceremony or family gathering, there is a large indoor space for wedding receptions or other events, and there is a bridal suite perfect for a bride and her bridesmaids. There is so much versatility in the space! The staff is also awesome to work with and so accommodating. Highly recommend! :-)”

“We truly appreciate the amount of support Erin provided for my Daughters wedding.

?***Besides the pump house running out of food, for 2 tables, everyone was raving about the Ambience and castle like feel the space provides.

We are also in the wedding industry And can truly Appreciate, great customer service!

We seriously cannot say enough great things about this place and how great it was working with Erin!!!!”

“Very well-designed facility for multiple volleyball courts with easy parking in the garage adjacent to the complex. The seating was limited for each playing area, but it was enough for our travel club parents. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, but considering the constant crowd of people coming in and out that is expected. The complex was easy to get to with direct access back to I 77. There are plenty of hotels available in the area as well as restaurants and activities. The retractable volleyball nets with referee cage are impressive. There was plenty of room at the entrance lobby for vendors, and they had a fully stocked snack bar. We had a very positive experience for a weekend volleyball tournament. Our #19 Libero enjoyed playing there.”

“Oh my goodness! The White Home is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever attended for a wedding and, as the venue for my daughter's wedding, was a dream-come-true! The house and its grounds are spacious and beautiful! There are so many plantings on the grounds to ensure blooms most all times of the year. We were fortunate to have both azaleas and camelias in bloom, which made the wedding extra beautiful! We used most every part of the grounds for the event, having the wedding outdoors on the lawn, cocktail hour inside the foyer and on the front porch, having the reception under a large white tent on another part of the lawn with chandeliers, and using the brick patio with cafe lighting as the dance floor. It was an absolutely magical event! And Rock Hill has such beautiful Southern charm that I was proud to have all our out-of-town guest weekend there. I wouldn't change a thing about this venue if I had to do it all over again! Thank you, Matt & the White Home, for making our daughter's wedding a dream come true!”

“I went on 1/28/26 and it was a dry day after it had snowed a few days earlier. I only saw 2 other people there. Very quiet!! The tunnel pond was frozen over. The grounds were pretty brown because it was winter but non the less, the orchids were gorgeous in the warm conservatory garden. I can only imagine how beautiful this place is with all the lights, ice sculptures or Chinese Lanterns! I live in CA so I won’t be returning but I would return in Spring if I lived closer.”

“New member here, and I must say, it’s been an exceptional experience. I’ve been a member at other clubs, and I’m quite certain that I know more members here by name than all of the other clubs combined. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. It’s evident that the membership has built an ethos of inclusion rather than snobbery. Booking good tee times is a breeze. There is even a golf group for younger professionals like myself. The pro shop is always ready to make introductions and pair you up with a great golfer. The course is challenging yet manageable, and the facilities are well-maintained. The food is delicious, and the pricing for food and beverages is incredibly reasonable. My kids absolutely love the summer camps. I couldn’t be happier joining the RHCC family.”

“The venue was everything that I wanted for an intimate social gathering. The space has a comfortable feel with multiple useable rooms, including 3 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The owner is easy to communicate with and makes the entire process of securing the venue smooth and easy. If looking for an affordable space that holds up to 45 people, check out this hidden gem.”

“We had our wedding here and it was perfect! The town of Pineville keeps this facility in great shape. The backyard lawn and pergola are wonderful for seating people on either side of the aisle. The ballroom is spacious (about 50 guests) and the hardwood floors are beautiful. There's a nice kitchen and built-in wet bar.

Thank you to the Parks and Rec department for coordinating with us and meeting our needs. We could not have asked for more on our special day.”

“Baxter Village has a very posh feel to it, but it’s super cute and I love it! There are some great restaurants here (Jekyll & Hyde & an amazing fresh Greek place plus TCBY), as well as a cupcake bakery and some random shops. There are lots of places to sit and relax, a pretty fountain, etc. you’ll see a lot of kids walking around and playing that live in the houses nearby.”

“Stayed here two separate nights as a halfway point on a road trip from Florida to Ohio. I loved the fully equipped kitchens and how clean they were on both occasions, as I prefer to cook myself. The location was also convenient, close to the highway but far away enough so you don't hear road noise all night. They even have a basketball hoop for guests to use, which I took advantage of! The only thing that needs addressing is the bathroom faucet in room 217. The contractor put the faucet too far back on the countertop, so there is barely any room to put your hands underneath it without creating a huge mess of water on the counter. I ended up using the kitchen faucet instead. Other than that I will certainly stay here again on my next trip.”

“We stopped here on our way home from Florida. The staff and amenities were top notch. The free breakfast was delicious. My wife suffers from dementia, but remembered a few dance moves when the skeletons encouraged her. We ordered Papa John’s delivery and it was great too.

Rooms: We were in a handicap accessible room. It was spacious and comfortable. The staff’s attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness of our room.”

“We arrived on a Thursday evening and the place was very quiet. The check-in lobby was clean and the gentleman at the counter was polite and courteous. The process was quick and easy we did have to pay a $100.00 incidentals but we got that returned a couple days after check-out. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The views were nothing special but we don't mind not having a view as we got the room to sleep and that was about it. The bathroom was the cleanest I've seen in the last year staying at hotels and we will definitely be back if we ever go that way again. The breakfast selection was basic like cereal and muffins but free with the stay. I didn't really look as we went to Starbucks across the road. Great place to stay!Rooms: Very clean!”

“My daughter had her engagement party here at the elite. It is a great place to have any tyoe of gathering, clean and very spacious. All you have to do is provide your own things such as food, entertainment and you are ready to go. Is it affordable? Yes very affordable and the owner is great to work with. Call today for your family gatherings and events. Thank me later”

“I thought this place was cheap and cheesy until I seen it in person, the cabins are awesome (way better than any hotel room) as well as the location and surroundings! Oh, if your a spiritual person, ghost hunter, ETC. You will more than likely find more than your looking for here! You can def feel presence and interaction here (I'm thinking from first settlers and native Americans possibly?) Anyways, weather your here to touch base with the spirits or cook out with yor family or just want something un-ordinary, this place is awesome!”

“We arrived around 8:00 p.m. and immediately noticed our room was extremely cold (55°F). The thermostat showed the heat was set to 80°F, but the room would not warm up. The heating unit would run for about five minutes and then shut off, and despite repeated attempts, the temperature only increased a degree or two.

I called the front desk multiple times with no answer and eventually had to go downstairs in person. The front desk attendant appeared to be working alone and was on a call, which likely explains why the phone wasn’t answered.
The front desk staff said maintenance would be notified. Maintenance did come up, checked the thermostat and wall unit, told me I should be good, but if the unit turned off again, turn the thermostat off, then back on.
Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue. The heat continued turning off every few minutes, so I had to switch it off, then back to heat to get the heating unit to run again. By 10:30 p.m. the room was only about 60°F. When I woke up around 4:00 a.m., it had dropped back to 58°F. I did this song and dance again in the morning until we had to leave and got the room up to 64F.

We returned later in the afternoon to find the wall thermostat had been removed. The wall unit was running and set to 74°F, and the room was finally comfortable, though there was no communication about the change.

That said, there were positives. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable with supportive pillows, and the shower had good water pressure. The location is also very convenient — easy to get in and out of, Starbucks across the street, Outback in the same parking lot, and the area felt safe.”
