“They always have just what I need! The people are friendly too, it's a very nice store. Need random supplies and snacks? Go here. I needed wild bird seed, greeting cards (cheap too!), packing tape and healthy snacks and found all of those items here. Fast checkout and done!”

“I hadn't been in in awhile due to transportation issues. However, I went in this week, found everything on my list, was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere ( no screaming babies or kids throwing temper tantrums like Walmart) store was clean, lady that works there is always friendly and makes me feel like a valued customer. She may be the manager, I am not sure, but she has been there awhile. She is always pleasant and friendly. was hard at work when I went in but took time to greet in a friendly manner.”
“I was recently at Big Lots, and there was a line, forming with only one cashier doing her best. The man, standing in front of me was an employee, and when it looked like we might be there a while, he stepped out of line, lost his place, and became the second cashier until someone Came up from the back. His name is Kyle and I so appreciate his willingness to step in where needed.”
“Absolutely amazed today I have been into dozens of Dollar generals across our country never seen one so organized it was very clean there was one set of boxes that hadn't been the truck just came in yesterday any other Dollar general their truck going to come in last week and there would still be a disaster on the shelves and plenty of boxes in aisles blocking your way down the only thing I noticed was it was very hard to find a worker”
