“I mainly to to Publix for prescriptions. The pharmacy team is stellar. For the first time ever I had questions about a prescription for my baby and I was VERY impressed with the assistance provided by the pharmacist.”

Star deduction.... Unfortunately the bogo price tags are incorrect on at least one item every time I go to Publix. Still my favorite grocery store, but be aware that just because you see a bogo tag doesn't mean it's actually bogo. Check the app to confirm, or roll the dice....
I love this grocery store! Yeah, you are going to pay up a little but as the saying goes... You get what you pay for! I took 4 lbs of the southern style potato salad from the deli section to a Christmas gathering, and EVERYONE thought it was homemade. It honestly was some of the best potato salad I have ever ate (sorry mom and grandma). I think everyone else liked it as well, the picture speaks for itself.
I am updating my review to TEN STARS. This place cares about their customers and it shows everytime you walk through the door. This place is the best grocery store period. Mike drop and what not....
Still the best grocery store in Clemson..... they have set the bar high. An employee saw me looking for a specific cheese, and said that she would check to see if it is something that they can get for me. They continue to impress. Management should be proud of their employees, and themselves.”

“Updated May 26'- Couple changes have happened over the past few years; the aisles have gotten wider but the result is more stuff crammed on to the shelves. Tye employees do a decent job of keeping things tidy, tho.
They also recently removed the partition in the women's bathroom between the sink and the toilet, which I thought was an odd choice, expect since it's not uncommon to pick up a stick bottle or step on a grape and just need to wash your hands. Now the door is locked if it's occupied and you simply have to wait. Kinda annoying but if you didn't know any better, well.. Other than that everything else I've written prior still stands..

Still our go to spot for everything but big name brands and we have found that we often prefer Aldi's brands to even those! I will say that if you find something you like you should consider stocking up as things tend to sell out and depending on the item, both name brand and Aldi brand, it may or may not come back till next year if it's seasonal, if it comes back at all!! So be aware of that!
They keep it up with the great prices and quality foods! I love the more trendy items they are getting in these days, too!!
This grocery store has become our main weekly shopping spot. We only go to the big chains now to get the brands we need that Aldi does not carry.
After being raised in markets such as Publix and Ingles, the setup and general feel of Aldi took me some time to get used to. However, I soon learned the prices can't be beat for the quality. If you are after good food more-so than labels you should definitely check out your closest Aldi.”
“The grocery store is a nice store with lots of varieties and brands. Ingles brands are affordable and good quality. The restroom, however, was disgusting. It is usually well taken care of but today the toilets didn't flush so they were backed up. Toilet paper was out and most of the doors didn't latch. It's nice to have a restroom in the store, but would be nice if it were usable.”

“This is a nice Food Lion. It used to be one of their Bloom stores, a high end experimental service line. They ended up discontinuing it, but this store still gives that vibe. Nice place.”
“Great prices on gas, numerous pumps, easy access. One star removed due to the weird sequence of events required when paying cash and scanning the Ingles card. DO NOT SCAN YOUR CARD AT THE PUMP IF PAYING CASH. They do have a small sticker stating this, but I don't think most people would see it without actively looking for it.”

“As I have said before, Food Lion is a Great place to shop. The isles are wide with plenty of room to move around even when meeting customers going in the opposite direction. I get Great deals on meat. Coming from Ingles with their few cents off a gallon of gas. I save more money in one trip than a month's reward that Ingles offers. Out of the 4 Food Lions that I shop at my favorite one is in Pelzer because they offer fresh carved sushi daily. I've never gotten a bad serving from there.”
“The staff are stellar with customer service. There is nothing like being greeted before the door closes behind you, almost asking me to find reasons to shop there more often.”
“Absolutely amazed today I have been into dozens of Dollar generals across our country never seen one so organized it was very clean there was one set of boxes that hadn't been the truck just came in yesterday any other Dollar general their truck going to come in last week and there would still be a disaster on the shelves and plenty of boxes in aisles blocking your way down the only thing I noticed was it was very hard to find a worker”

“I am new to the area here so I didn’t know what to expect being a small town. I was a little nervous about them not having a big selection of things due to low population, but i was amazingly surprised when I walked in and immediately seen that not only were they a full service/inventory store….. they were far beyond any store I had ever been to. Now maybe it’s because I’m from Fl or because it is a small town they want/need to provide most all of the essentials, but I am very great full that they do!
First thing I saw upon entering was a cold food section that had a small but abundant section of fresh fruits and veggies! I was just like, “WOW!!!”, I’m at a “Dollar General “ right? I was so thankful for this as it was late, I had no clue where any other stores might be and I really didn’t want frozen food.
Fresh food isle is something you don’t find where I’m from.
So anyway, the whole store was just well maintained, clean as a whistle, stocked & very well staffed. All the employees were very nice and eager to help me with a few things I needed.
I have been there a few times now, and every time my experience seems to get better.
So thank you to the employees of this DG, you all deserve a raise!”
“We just transferred all our prescriptions from Walgreens to Ingles off Highway 24 and Whitehall yesterday. The pharmacist is outstanding. He acknowledged me when I walked up to counter and knew exactly who I was and what all my prescriptions were. I noticed when the clerk had anyone waiting the pharmacist jumped right in to assist. You are lucky to have this gentleman and I will certainly let him know. I appreciate great service!”
“Ordered a custom Dinosaur cake for my daughter's 15th birthday. Placed my order on Monday, requested it by 4pm that Friday. Friday at 3pm I received a text saying the cake was ready for pickup. Cake was perfect!! Could not have had a better experience.”

“I hadn't been in in awhile due to transportation issues. However, I went in this week, found everything on my list, was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful atmosphere ( no screaming babies or kids throwing temper tantrums like Walmart) store was clean, lady that works there is always friendly and makes me feel like a valued customer. She may be the manager, I am not sure, but she has been there awhile. She is always pleasant and friendly. was hard at work when I went in but took time to greet in a friendly manner.”
“They have everything! I can only knock off a star because of how unhelpful the cashier there was so unhelpful on finding things...but thus may have just been the one cashier so i can mark my experience any lower!”
“I worked here as a cashier and I have never been in a Dollar General that has very good employees until now because the manager Krystal Kelley is a excellent manager at this store and will show you the right way to do things right in the store . Everyone is so nice to the costumers. I had several of our costumers tell me that this is the store that they come to shop at because they are greeted every time they come into the store. We diffently do take care of our costumers inside the store.”
