From there we just had to flop around between those mattresses until we landed on our decision. My wife and I both walked out with a smile having paid a very reasonable price for what we wanted. 10/10, highly recommend this store and Zane as an employee.”

“I know there's a lot of Mattress Firm locations in our area, but this should be your pick! Kendra is AMAZING at her job! We picked out a Nectar mattress that she was able to price match to another competitor. We tried sleeping on it for over a month but found out there was a defect in the support. When we went back for a swap, she asked us to pick out a back up mattress in case it happened again. We ended up liking the one she showed us even better! It was $100 more expensive, so we expected to pay that plus pay restocking fees/exchange fees/etc. That was fine with us. But because of the warranty and defect (not a comfort issue), we only had to pay tax! She is so pleasant to work with and keeps a positive demeanor. While helping us, she also helped two other customers and treated us all exactly the same which is so refreshing to see. I hope Mattress Firm knows they can't afford to lose an employee like Kendra. She's priceless!”
“I rented a washer and dryer from FSI for 2 years. The first washer died within about 9 months, but they replaced it right away, no questions asked. The best part of FSI for me was working with Heather Horton in the Greenville office, who was ALWAYS cheerful and very helpful. Make sure to ask for her!”

“Cool stuff but skip it if you don’t want animal fur and animal smell. One of the pups was itching terribly and it looked like maybe fleas. He might be allergic and his hind end was losing fur. The gent behind the desk said he runs an animal rescue which explains it all. Thanks for rescuing fur babies! More like a museum than a furniture store. Lots of stuff is not for sale. Counted 2 dogs and 2 cats roaming round”

“This little furniture store is wonderful. They have some amazing pieces of furniture, some old and refurbished, some newer pieces as well. “The closest one to my neighborhood is the taylors location. The manager is extremely nice and each employee tries to help you with whatever you're trying to find! It is good to know that you may not find perfect condition items but you can find great hidden gems. I also try to drop off many of my donations there because I know that it's going to a good cause. I always have great experiences coming to the store. I prefer coming here rather than just buying new items at any other location.”

“Staff was kind and helpful. Furniture selection is large and has a unique collection of options. Products sold are good quality and prices are reasonable. The wine bar I found (thanks to the help of the staff!!) had a broken handle with some minor scratches, though the staff ensured me they would have the minor flaws fixed before pickup within the hour and it looks brand new! Very pleased with my visit and will check it out again for any future needs.”
