The lady who assisted us was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process much easier than I could have imagined. I received both a phone call and an email from her the day before our appointment explaining in detail exactly which documents and copies I needed to bring. At our appointment, she assembled our documents, took our photos, and prepared everything for mailing. We paid the required fees and left knowing everything was taken care of in a professional manner.”

The employees kept the line moving and treated customers with fairness even ones with confusing actions (like forming a new line where they shouldn’t). Kiva made my transaction seamless and effective. Her friendliness was refreshing as well. Great experience!”

“I was here the other day when I messed up my delivery address. The lady who was behind the counter was so nice I was confused lol. She helped me find the package, it was waiting in the back. She was very nice.
I will say I am disappointed they did not call the phone number on the package prior to returning to sender for one of my other packages.”

However, for this particular mail issue of trying to find a missing document that we mailed in January, Angie H was incredibly helpful & patient. Though we couldn't locate our missing mail, Angie took the time to answer my questions and provided useful information. She informed our mail carrier of our issue and offered to call me back if it turns up. I hope Taylors Post Office brings on more kind people like Angie.”
