“Great storage facility. Huge difference with the new owners. I saw some previous reviews with concerns about security but I definitely feel comfortable about the upgrades the new owners have made.Have a boat trailer there and a storage unit with no issues.”

“The 4 star rating is because of how relatively cheap this place is, and It does have a good security system but for any campers needing storage, the only entrance to the place is a pretty good size dip and your camper will scrap and rub and potentially damage something unless you have a jacked up camper sitting high off the ground. Be mindful and go very slow! And it was not explained to me that I needed to give a 10day notice of moving out prior to cancellation and I was charged an extra month because it was at the first of the month. However I do understand this. Otherwise people would just not pay. So be sure to give a 10day heads up prior to moving out. Thanks for the refund and customer service is on point. Overall and very decent experience with them and if I'm ever in need of storage I will be using them again. I do recommend Poinsett Self storage.”
