“When other storage facilities didn't answer their phones, Upcountry Self Storage answered immediately and were super friendly and so easy to work with in setting up our storage unit. All done virtually, it was convenient and fast. A positive experience for sure!!”

“Great storage facility. Huge difference with the new owners. I saw some previous reviews with concerns about security but I definitely feel comfortable about the upgrades the new owners have made.Have a boat trailer there and a storage unit with no issues.”

“Self storage website says they have best customer service around so I rented a couple of units from them and I can say without a doubt they absolutely have the best customer service I've ever encountered at a self storage facility. Each time I need to get a smaller or larger unit, I email them and they reply very quickly and have been incredibly helpful, they make the entire process so smooth. They really couldn't be any easier to work with.”
