“Can’t say enough good things about my first visit at Balanced Pets today. I have had a few different vets from moving over the last 5 years, and the service I received here was top notch. The front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly. The vet tech, Logan, had a very warm and kind presence and instantly eased my anxiety of seeing a new vet. She was so sweet with my pup and made us feel comfortable while we waited for the doctor. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr Barr. She is kind, respectful, informative, takes the time to listen, and cares about your pet like it’s her own. You can feel how passionate she is about what she does and that she truly cares about your dogs well being. She is very well informed and takes the time to explain things to you and 100% supports the decisions you make for your pet and does not try to force anything on you. I’ve never had a vet like this- I wish there was more of them. The good energy in this office is palpable. I’m so thankful for Balanced Pets and we are looking forward to our next visit!”
